Took my daughter for a sports physical. It was in and out, less than 30 minute wait on a Sunday with only 1 doctor it was great. Everyone very polite I enjoy taking my daughter to this place. Have never had a bad experience since Ive been going here. Thank You!

What can I say about this team of friendly and competent professionals. We were from out of town when a medical issue arose. They quickly responded to the issue. Moreover, they determined that I needed to go to the hospital ER. We called a taxi but did not get the response we needed. Going above and beyond, the provider drove us to the ER and gave us a form that described my situation. This form expedited my needed ER treatment as I got the first available room. This would not have happened without the MECs providers note. Thank you to this excellent staff!

Staff was very pleasant and professional, environment clean and the service was as advertised EXPRESS….the doctor present in good spirits and responded immediately to a request after I left. Which mean the receptionist did his part well by passing the information to the doctor in a timely manner and which resolved my post visit issue in a matter of minutes.

Every time I’ve come here it’s always a pleasant experience. All of the nurses, front desk staff and physicians are nice and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed out for the next patient. Definitely better than going to an ER, if you don’t have to.

Everyone was super friendly and made my son feel as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend!

Efficient, helpful and great staff at this clinic in Burbank. I came in for my painful gout. Front desk personnel, Brianna is super awesome and on point on what she does. A very pleasant, right person to be in the front desk to welcome patients. She knows how to talk to individuals who came there for help and give them the information they need. Then I was seen by a great personnel (I didn’t get her name who quickly got my blood pressure, height and temp) and then finally sent me right away to be seen by Monica who is super pleasant, knowledgeable and kind. She quickly correctly diagnosed and she gave me a prescription to alleviate the pain right away. It’s been 24 hours and my severe painful gout is dissipating and I’m able to walk without cane (there is still pain but it’s manageable and swelling is starting to come down). They are great bunch of professionals on this place. Highly recommended for an Urgent Care. Thank you guys! - Antonio

Such a great staff! They did an exceptional job! I had to get a physical and EKG and a vaccine and they were so patient with me, they guided me through everything. Carina did such a great job! She created a wonder experience for me! She made me feel relaxed and worry-free. Thank you all once again!!! I will definitely be back if I ever have anything else I need!

I recently visited Midwest Express Clinic and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The clinic was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in.Carina, the nurse who took my son and daughter’s vitals, was incredibly gentle and kind. She made sure my kids were comfortable and at ease throughout the process, which made a big difference in their experience.Practitioner Monika Kozuch was also very good with my daughter and my son. She was patient, attentive, and provided excellent care. Both my children felt at ease during their visits, and Monika made sure to address all our concerns thoroughly.I was particularly impressed by the short wait time. We were seen quickly, and my son and daughter didnt have to spend a lot of time waiting, which is often a concern with urgent care facilities.Scheduling our follow-up appointment for lab results was also seamless. We were able to book a convenient time with no problems, which added to the overall positive experience.The clinic also had a convenient online check-in system that allowed me to reserve our spot in line before arriving, which was a huge plus. This feature saved us time and made the entire visit more efficient. Overall, Midwest Express Clinic exceeded my expectations. The staffs professionalism, the quality of care, and the overall efficiency of the clinic make it an excellent choice for urgent medical needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.

I see Midwest Express Clinic has made there way in my rolerdex and to mention to others. The location I had excellent service was with the location on 77th Cicero in the Burbank area. I went in and came out less than an hour!! Now it depends on what you are there for. But I was there for vaccinations and blood work for required work force. The front was on point, pleasant, professional all while being cheerful to help your visit and check in pleasureable. Thank you to Tiniya, She processed me with a warm friendly spirit. The other staff members were on it as well.... Even the doctor or the Nurse practitioner that was on staff didnt leave you in a cold room unattend for hours without acknowledgement. So thats really a plus. The entire crew that day really impressed me. Most walkin clinics for physicals have you in there soooo long like you will miss work fooling with them. So thank you again Midwest Express Clinic until we meet again, 💗

Wonderful service EVERYTIME I’ve been here. The entire staff is so nice and welcoming, and there’s never a long wait to be seen! One the best locations I’ve been to, definitely my #1 go to spot for urgent care needs.

I ALWAYS so far have had a quick and pleasant experience at Midwest Express Clinics. The front desk and Leeann H. Were professional and kind. I wish I was better at remembering names but the nurse I saw was fantastic as well. They all seemed to actually care what I had to say and be respectful about things. Highly recommend. They listen and care like health care workers should.

My experience was great. I made the checkin online. My reservation was at 9:35. I walked in at 10 and was seen within half hr after checking in. I was greeted by Yousif a very kind and patient gentleman. Karina the medical assistant was friendly and was caring and compassionate once I expressed my reason for the visit and my concern. Sydney the provider like Karina, was very professional and made me feel at ease to know my condition was a valid reason of concern unlike my regular dr.I will definitely keep this location in mind foe any future concerns. I cannot express how thankful I am to find a place that genuinely express care towards their patients.

I went in today after fracturing my ankle and the nurses Carina and Jessica were so sweet and funny. They definitely helped me laugh some of the pain away 10/10 people! Overall great experience. The Doctor that looked at my injuries was also very kind, straight forward and super helpful:) thank you guys! See you soon!!

Canna, Key, and Jessica were so caring and attentive during my visit. I am starting the nursing program and it can be very overwhelming. But they made it feel like ease. I will definitely be coming back for any other care I need .

1st time going here and will come back again.My son has been complaining about ear pain on and off. We thought it was swimmers ear due to it being summer & playing in the pool. We were able to get him seen 7:30pm (so nice for working parents). Ended up being ear wax buildup & they we able to flush both his ear quickly. Still got a prescription due to his ears being irritated. But happy I went instead of waiting another day to get him in to his pediatrician!

This clinic is very unprofessional. I came to this clinic with my mom few weeks ago. I thought the medical assistant was nice at first until i overheard them talking bad about my mom because she doesn’t speak english and because my mom kept asking me to translate her questions. Specifically the one with the red hair. When my mom was getting her blood pressure checked, I was looking around the room and I noticed on the medical assistance computer that there was several rude messages about other patients and it looked like my mom was the recent topic of their discussion. I also saw nasty emojis that seem rude with the topic. Dont come to this clinic! They seem nice up front but behind your back they’re rude and unprofessional!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

If I can put ZERO stars I would. NEVER step place into any Midwest clinics ever. I had a bad cold and they gave me STEROIDS!!!!!Which at first of course Im not with all medical terms so i dont know what it was and because I thought hey these people are professionals. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I was on the brink of death at the ER Christ hospital , I lost my vision I couldnt drive & was a phase away from sepsis because of what they gave me. DO NOT GO THERE , they have also given my daughter steroids before I thank god nothing gave her such a reaction.

I went there twice and knew I has shingles but on both visits I was told it was an allergic to something! I kept insisting it was shingles but they didnt listen to me. I went straight to ER and was officially diagnosed with SHINGLES!!! I feeling deserve a refund for having to pay for both visits!

I brought my child in because of a deep cut on his face, and I was extremely anxious. But the staff, including the receptionist in the front, Geneva, and the nurse practitioner that took care of my child were amazing. They were so kind and comforting, and a really chaotic situation for my little one , much less scary. The only reason I gave it for stars was because I felt that the facility could have been a little bit more clean, especially given that it is a medical facility

Went in for my sons sports physical, staff was friendly and quick. I couldnt ask for more. Jessica was great and so was the front desk girl.

I love going here because of its convenience of walking in when my children feel ill out of nowhere. My clinic is 30 minutes away and even if it were closer, Id still have to hope for an opening and wait a minimum of an hour to be seen. When I come here, I dont think Ive waited more than 15 minutes. Its all very succinct. Makes me wonder why clinics who have had so many years of experience still take so long even when you have appointments. Definitely recommend!

MEC provided me with the utmost care with the situation I was experiencing. The doctor and team members were very professional. I would not hesitate going there If health care is needed in the future.

Wow! That’s what I can say about this place everyone was so extremely nice especially Korina and Dr. Monika. But what blew me away was how much they cared. I went in there so sick from this flu just to get a doctors note to be able to go back to work and Dr. Monika did not let me leave with just the note but did an exam on me and seen I was wheezing and still coughing bad and she made sure to get me the correct treatment I needed instead of sending me on my way and saying just drink fluids and take Tylenol. Never have I EVER experienced this type of care in an express Clinic before. Oh and it was super nice and cleaned! Thank you so much for the GREAT customer service and for being so nice and caring!!!

They always serve us very kindly. They explain everything to us and the online process is very easy. Thats why its always my first choice.

Absolute worst medical experience ever!! NP Monika Dlugopolski has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered from a provider. Monika is very cold and literally does not care for “patients”. She argued with me about why her colleague prescribed me antibiotics for a false/negative diagnosis while rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Never even told me to discontinue this very DANGEROUS medication! She will lie about how long she’s been at this facility to warrant her ignorance. So mean and nasty!!This place will not update you about test results, they will also claim they do not have your test results from my quest (similar to my chart), they will not provide you with the my quest access (you have to find it yourself), they will charge you just for the provider to tell you to come back another day, they will run tests they never discussed with you, and they also don’t listen to your symptoms. They literally will argue with you about YOUR symptoms so they can run extra tests.I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy. Please just go to a regular DR office or the ER if you’re in medical need. Read the other 1 star reviews.

I love this clinic!! The staff is always kind and they never have you waiting. Very comfortable and soothing atmosphere.

Leeann was sweet and caring! She truly helped this over thinker (me) calm down and answered every question I had! The kind doc was also the best. Definitely will come back!

Google needs to start implementing zero stars because this place definitely doesnt deserve one star!I made an appointment for husband for Friday, April 26th! His provider was Monica! What a waste of time. Not sure if she was a PA or NP but I am not sure how she graduated with a degree!! She was extremely dismissive, didnt listen to the entire medical complaint- kept cutting my husband off to say lets focus on one problem at a time. Well if you would listen, you would realize we are at the urgent care center because we dont know the cause of the medical complaint. She kept repeating that she doesnt know why he is there and there is nothing she can do since he was already at the ER two days prior. My husband communicated to her hes here because he is scheduled to fly out of state and before he could even finish his sentence, she interrupts him saying if you are going to ask for reassurance, I cant provide you with that. Its not what you say, its how you say it. Trashy service, poor clinical judgment, lacks bedside manner (doesnt listen, rude, and dismissive). You shouldnt trust a health care professional like Monica. I hope you can read this Monica and do better for your patients!!! You couldve communicated your clinical judgment, that if you even have any, in a better manner.

First time going to this clinic. Very happy with my visit. It was quick and the staff was very nice and friendly. Karina in the front end was outstanding. Very helpful and courteous!!!!!

6pm on a Monday and the place is filled with patients. Not once did I feel rushed or like a burden. The nurse that tended to my sick child was sweet as could be, caring and understanding. Her tone was everything and even though they were busy with back to back patients it almost felt as if we were the first patients of the day. She was full of energy and life. The Dr ordered some tests and results were quick. The waiting area is small and people were standing, but that is something beyond their control.

I came a couple of weeks ago brought my granddaughter in for upper respitory symptoms. Exceptional service clean and a friendly environment. i’ve never had any type of care like the nurse carina gave us. She really has a way with kids and she’s so charismatic, full of life and you can tell she enjoys what she does. Was super gentle with my grand baby, even offered her a popsicle and goodies even before the visit ended.I will continue to come just for her. We really need more nurses like her in the medical field. She is genuinely the reason i continue to go here. I hope she never leaves! Thank you Midwest for being here all the time! If i could give you guys a million stars I would !

The staff is very friendly and helpful. they see you as promptly as possible . Also they allow you to wait in your vehicle to be called if it seems to be too crowded inside. The visits have been pretty quick for my kids the past 4times we needed to go . Highly recommend.

They were fast and friendly. I just wish they did x-rays there so I wouldn’t have to go to a different location, but they were also nice and explained everything very well.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff was wonderful from check-in til the end of my visit. My experience was thorough and quick. The provider, Kasey Wade, took her time with me and addressed all my concerns. She was extremely pleasant to work with and very compassionate. I will definitely be returning. I had a conflicting experience at Midwest Express Clinic Burbank. The front staff and MA’s were outstanding. Clear, direct and helpful. I give them an independent 5 stars. However, my time with the NP was underwhelming and a bit condescending. I totally understand urgent care has its place, and it’s undeniably important, but that doesn’t give clinicians the right to assume their patients don’t have thorough understanding of their medical history or current ailments. And when describing symptoms in detail, it’s more than insulting to blatantly tell your patient that they’re using “such big words”, or to describe OTC medication as “red white and blue like the American flag”… Aside from petty, passive aggressive quips, the NP’s advice was that I purchase roughly $70 worth of OTC meds which don’t necessarily correlate with any of the symptoms or complaints presented. I chose a quick urgent care option to get some actual help with something that manifested quickly and unexpectedly. Unfortunately the treatment received was anything but. A second opinion is mandatory.Know and appreciate your worth. Proceed with caution.

Great place for urgent care, my 4 year old son w autism had a great experience while being brought here for a case of flu. We got all the testing done to rule out Covid strep throat etc. Everyone is nice and friendly & the clinic is immaculately clean. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I was there for my son today! The wait was short like 10 mins. Once we got in the room it felt like 5mins and the doctor came in. The personnel there were extremely sweet and down to earth. Caring and compassionate. I would recommend this location to everyone and anyone. They truly are amazing!!!!

Love this place went yesterday people are pleasant, wait time 5 minutes, practitioner was thorough, it was a great experience. My daughter went for her sports physical.

I only waited ten minutes as a walk in and they had me out of there X-rays and all within 3 hours. I noticed some young parents bring their 3 children in for school physicals and they also were done for all children before I left.

First time going there I was pleased with my experience, very fast at attending you and everyone is so nice. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely amazing service. Came in for a DOT physical. From the moment I came in the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The nurse in the back quick, efficient and very nice! I saw Monika and she was amazing! Wonderful service my experience was great! This clinic is one of the best hands down!

Won’t be returning to this location, took my son in and asked the doctor if he had a ear infection she briefly looked in his ears and said his ears look great . Took him to the hospital the SAME day , the doctor there said he had a REALLY BAD EAR INFECTION!!

On Sunday, March 3, I visited Midwest Express client for the first time because CVS didn’t have an opening, I was able to walk in, and make the appointment, but it’s best to make it online vs walk in. Office was very clean and staff was all pleasant and friendly. I didn’t have to wait more than an hour to be seen, Doctor was very friendly and understanding and thorough too. Would go back if I had to.Only Con would be they are located next to the Starbucks and there weren’t any parking spaces, for patients because of the Starbucks and Vitamin Shoppe; so you have to park across in the empty parking lot. Great Experience!

This was my first time here. It was very nice. The wait. was not long. They got you in in a timely manner. The front desk girl was very helpful. Everything ran very smoothly. I definitely would recommend to others !!!

1st receptionist wasnt helpful at all. Seemed like she didnt want to be there. 2nd one was awsome. Knew what was going on. Even had the patience of a sait with an over active toddler. Drs were great. Gave me antibiotics and antifungal meds. I do feel better. Have a follow-up apt Monday.

This was our second time at Midwest Express Clinic for a urgent care visit for my son. The registration process was not long at all. Very clean environment, the staff was friendly and professional and they get you in and out. Highly recommended!

Was great , the girl in the front desk was a great helpful , the second I told her my daughter is sweating and have a high fever she ran and grabbed me an ice pack and popsicle. She is so welcoming and a great help . The staff are so nice and easy on the little ones while they are examine them for Covid and taking other test. One of the best spots to go to when you definitely need an urgent care . Thank you Midwest for all what you guys are doing .

I went in miserable with, what I thought was an ear infection and left with cleaned out ears and no pain. Service was exceptional. Everyone was caring from start to finish.

Staff was friendly, efficient and quick. Nurse in the room was also friendly, informative, helpful and went above her normal duties to help find me information that I needed. She was quick!

I definitely had to leave a review!I for once felt heard by the Dr/ Nurse practitioner.I came here today because i needed treatment and went to The Stickney Township since I am a resident of Burbank but was turned back at 8:25 am because they were full. Keep in mind they Only had two other people. It is beyond frustrating to seek treatment at The Stickney township…. They have such a big building, so many employees and only see 10 people a day. What a joke!I am glad I went to Midwest express clinic. I was seen by Kasey, and oh wow. For once i felt like I was being heard! She is so mindful at the fact that not having insurance can be expensive if we run too many test. But she asked questions and prescribed me medication. I am telling you she was so genuine.Thank you Kasey for not treating your patients like a number or a $ sign!Edit 6/8/24- once again I had to come in for a test.And once again the service was great!Came in at about 4pm and was out by 4:45!Yes I had to pay out if pocket but once again the nurse practitioner was so mindful that I did not have insurance and she did not run unnecessary test.Keep up the good work and employees!If you need an urgent care; Midwest Express Clinic is the place to go!

Signing in online was quick and seamless…I didnt wait for long to be serviced…and they found the issue right away! I definitely recommend! Doc was great, sweet, and cool! Much better than sitting overnight in the ER!

I made an appointment here for 10:45. I got there at 10:25. I was called by 10:40. Seen by nurse. Then Dr.. I was out of the before 11. Very efficient! Would use this clinic again.

This was my third time coming to the clinic and it is always fast and friendly. The receptionist and nurses were very nice and answered any questions I had. The doctor knew exactly what to prescribe me as soon as he checked up on me and even provided me his information if I had any other questions. Loved everything and wish I could actually have it as my primary doctor!

This place treated me with dignity and respect, clean and friendly environment; everyone that works there is GREAT and their personalities is welcoming! Everyone from the time I walked in until I seen my doctor was absolutely amazing! Great place to go to when you or your loved ones to go!

I had a wonderful experience at the Midwest Clinics in Burbank, Il. The staff was friendly, the nurse and CNA were very knowledgeable and caring of my needs. That was my very first visit. This clinic was well deserving of my 5 stars.

My visit was pleasant even though I wasnt feeling my best. The process is always easy going and very professional. Staff members are always pleasant. I have been referring Midwest Express Clinic ever since my first visit and will continue to do so.

Everyone was overall very nice, I was talking to a nurse/doctor within 20 minutes of registering online. Registry was very easy and I recommended doing so before coming in to help the process. The doctor was nice and listened to what I had to say. Also had no issues getting the medicine I needed.

They always get you in and out quick. The costumer service is amazing the doctors and nurses are patient and polite. I did have this one doctor who wasn’t so great but she could’ve been having a bad night I understand😅. on top of that the women at the front desk are always so helpful.

We’ve been here a few times. The clinic is clean, wait times are short, and the staff is always courteous and professional. Although we arrived 40 min before closing, we did not feel rushed and were well taken care of. Dr. Foley was exceptional! She listened to our concerns, did her best to alleviate the symptoms, and sent us home with a plan to follow up. Thank you Dr. Irene Foley and staff for taking great care of us.

Everyone in the place was very nice and courteous. Very happy I went there. The doctor was very attentive to my childs needs and the lady for triage was careful and explained what she was going to do. I will definitely return if and when I find the need!! Thank you!!!

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. It was my first time there, and I was in and out in a hour. The staff was great and the doctor was able to determine I had an ear infection. He even called the next day to check on me and make sure everything was okay. I would def recommend them if you are in need of care!

I walked in with strep throat and they prescribed me antibiotics. It was a very good experience to just be able to walk in and get the antibiotics I needed in under an hour.

My experience here was great from the very beginning. Registering online to reserve a spot was easy & user friendly. Front desk staff is very professional and courteous. Nurses and doctors were great as well. They are amazing with kids. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to go here for my urgent care needs.

Midwest Express Clinic was excellent. I went in with my two year daughter and I assumed she may have had a urinary tract infection. I’m not too familiar with urgent care facilities, but I was glad I came here. Our pediatrician office was closed on Sunday, so I began making phone calls. I called a few other urgent care facilities before this one and I was told I would have to go to the ER to treat a patient so young. I dreaded the idea of sitting 6+ hours in the ER. Luckily, Midwest takes pediatric patients and treats them for UTIs. We were in and out in maybe about an hour. The staff was very kind and gentle with my daughter. My daughter likes playing doctor, but she’s not a fan of the doctors. At Midwest, I don’t even think she realized she was being treated. I don’t recall the sweet young woman’s name, but she took my daughter’s vitals; as soon as we were called back, my daughter refused to walk through the door to the room we would be seen in. The young woman offered my daughter a princess crown and gained her trust. She accommodated for my stubborn toddler and eased my anxiety. Although my daughter’s urine sample was not much, I was assured she would still be treated for the infection with the symptoms I described. I am more than likely to come here again!

This place was amazing! Literally from the front desk all the way to the doctor! Doctor and nurses are super easy to talk to and listen. Register online first make everything faster was in and out.

Truly earned 5/5 rating! I could not get into see my GP, and my medical group’s urgent care facilities had a 4+ hour wait (I was in so much pain I couldn’t sit). The staff at Midwest’s Bedford Park clinic, from reception to the doctor, were kind, professional, and provided me a very high level of care. The staff was busy but did NOT rush me through and out! The nurse and doctor were thorough, attentive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this clinic, especially if the need is immediate and for ailments that can be treated in the doctor’s office (minor injuries, infections). They also partner with nuclear imaging facilities, and made the referral and appointment process very easy for me. They accept a wide range of insurance carriers, everything is accurately described on their website and at the front desk. Thank you Midwest Express Bedford Park!

Midwest express clinic in Burbank is hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to. Here they treat you with care and listen to your needs. They do not rush you and send you on your way. They actually examine you and explain what they can do for you. I give this place a 5 star. Everyone is courteousl and professional. I hope they remain around for a long time. My daughter’s Pediatrician could not see her for over a week…. I checked out Midwest Express…. They are In Network with her insurance and checked in online. Every one from the front desk to the Provider were AWESOME! I have worked in Healthcare for almost 30 years and THIS is how a Practice should run! The intake was thorough and the visit with the Provider was detailed and had a positive outcome ending with bloodwork, a Rx and follow up appointment on a Holiday!!! I will definitely be returning!Still feel the same after many visits here.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clinic was clean. I was there less than an hour so that was definitely a plus. Overall it was a good experience.

Unfortunately today we checked in at 11:30. And around 12:30 finally got to triage. But then by 2pm we still were not called. Went to the receptionist and she said someone put in their system that we were already seen. Nope we never seen anyone. So they put us back on the list and we were next called at 2:15. Finally got to see the Dr at 2:30 and did the diagnosis. Dr.Mark apologized profusely. I mean there isnt anything that can be done. He said he is going to train all his staff better since they are all new.

I love that its always very pleasant to walk into the staff is very nice and helpful its clean and theres never a long wait time I have been here several times for both myself and my grandson and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone

I had a very pleasant visit at the clinic. The staff is efficient and kind.The receptionist is phenominal! She is so incredably knowlegable and patient. The clinic was nice and warm and there is a water fountain. I was outta there in 2 hours. My prescription was prompltly submitted to the pharmacy. All in all I had a wonderful experience at Midwest Express Clinic!

Everyone was so kind and friendly starting with the lady at the front desk, as well as the nurses and the Doctor on Saturday. She was so patient and kind with my dad and answered all of our question. She even apologized for the wait but it was no wait at all and they took care of my dad very quickly. Thank you everyone for such an amazing service.

I was a little skeptical at first because of the crowd. There were patients standing in the waiting area but the staff moved fast and I was called back sooner than expected. Fast Professional and Efficient!

Great experience here as a walk-in patient. The wait was not long and everyone was very friendly. Great experience all around.

It’s the second time I go to one (2 different locations) and both were absolutely terrible. The assistants on staff are not trained well (if at all). They don’t know how to put your information into the system and are always understaffed apparently because it will take you hours to get called into a room and at least another hour to be seen. When you do see a doctor they will ignore the reason you’re there to run unnecessary and expensive tests on you. I wanted to get my blood tests done and the first time I was told they don’t do that. The second time, the lady at the front desk did it and looked so out of depth. She was so confused and fumbling the tools. The needle didn’t go in a vein at all so instead of reinserting she just jammed it in further and moved it back and forth. No blood was drawn until the third attempt. I’ve never in my life had a “phlebotomist” ask me why there wasn’t any blood coming through. Two weeks later and my arm is still bruised from mid-forearm to mid-bicep.Do not go to any Midwest Express Clinic- ever.

They were very nice and clean. It didnt take a long time for them to see us and the doctor bedside manner was excellent. I will come there again for my emergency needs.

Recently I’ve had to bring both my teens for different reasons and each time we were treated with courtesy and kindness. Each person from the receptionist to Np was very smooth. They took the time to explain everything and never rushed us. Different recovery plans were discussed and my teens actually listened! I highly recommend this clinic, their staff is outstanding.

This is my go to when my children get sick. The office is always so clean and friendly. The doctor there is so understanding and very attentive to what I tell her. Highly recommend best choice after my primary care doctor that takes orever to give out appointments.

Two weeks after covid and i still haven’t been feeling better, decided to go to urgent care and to my surprise both my ears are infected. The nurse practitioner and the medical assistant were very professional, the medical assistant (wish I remembered her name) was concern about my blood pressure and checked it for a second time. Wonderful staff, I definitely recommend this location!

Very fast and easy. All of their workers are very nice as well. I went in because I had a very bad cold and their doctor still called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Very good experience!

From the beginning to the end this place was nothing but a great experience. I’ve never gone to an urgent care that treats all of the patients with so much kindness and very fast. My daughter was crying the whole time yet Dr. Mark had so much patience with her and I really appreciate it. Will definitely be going to this specific location in the future!

Staff and Dr. was great love the people in the front..The wait time was around 30 min but I’ll take that compared to any other urgent care facility . The Dr was amazing and so nice. Place is clean overall I loved it here.

Incredibly fast wait times, clean waiting room and entire facility, family friendly and considerate. I had everything done in a professional manner and was treated respectfully. The staff checked on me and apologized for the long wait (10 mins). I am very impressed and will only go here for any urgent care-related needs.

My experience today was plain horrible . The appt was for a follow up for my 2 toddler granddaughters appt was scheduled for 3, and I still had not even been called in at 4pm. When I asked the rude rude front desk girl a bout being seen she had a major attitude. I have been here 3 tines previously and my experiences were great . NOT today. Rude rude rude.

All the medical assistants are super nice and professional! I was very quickly seen after being registered. Doctor Mark oh was very polite understanding and did everything he could possibly do to make sure I felt better soon.

Love love this location. Best urgent care ive been to and ive been to most around here. The wait time is less than the others. I came in as a walk in and waited an hour, the other urgent care i waited 2 hours with an appt its insane. The staff is nice, the doctor is very nice and attentive. Will start coming here for any future urgent care need and love that theyre open sundays and close later than most.

My fiance went here because he had a really bad cold and needed a Dr note for work. he paid the visit fee, and he was taken back, and he had some tests done. They brought him back to the main lobby and had him wait. they once again brought him to the back and asked if he wanted the same tests done, to which he replied that he had already done so. the nurse stated that there was no record in the computer and that it was an extra $95 for tests, which he thought they were part of the visit fee. he was waiting for 1.5hr just to see a Dr. He also mentioned how they let other ppl who came after him go 1st. when I went to this same location, I waited like 40 minutes to see a Dr. I think why they made him wait so long was because he didnt have insurance and self paid. We decided to do a virtual visit with Amazon. It was quick,painless, and it was $32 vs. $125. I will be filing a charge back and I will make sure that yall do not get paid for svcs that were never rendered.

Service was great. I went to the Burbank location. My wait time was minimal, the lady up front was friendly, the staff was efficient and the Doctor I saw was personable, caring and great. If I ever need immediate care again I will be returning here.

The staff was so very kind from the moment you entered to the lab people to the x-ray people, and to the nurse practitioner… They helped me with an upper respiratory infection and by the next day. I was already feeling much better… Thank you. This place is the best.

I chose this clinic because they have x-ray, and reduced rates for people without insurance, the rates are better than an emergency room. I walked in to this urgent care clinic expecting to be there for at least 3 hours. The whole experience taking my son there as a new patient took only 2 hours. The nurses were super busy it looked like they barely sat down just to keep the clinic going. I had to wait a couple of hours before the script was sent to the pharmacy since it’s only one provider, which I didn’t mind.The staff is always polite the experience overall was great.

Walked in at 8am when they opened. Was seen within 15 minutes or so (might’ve been sooner if I had signed-in online but I’d never been here before so I didn’t know). There were 2 people ahead of me.All staff were very nice. Exam didn’t take long but I also didn’t feel cheated or rushed.Doctor sent in my prescriptions & I was on my way. MUCH easier than trying to get in to my regular GP!

I felt it was more about money than actually helping me , the white doctor made me believe I needed so much testing but, didnt advise me that each test was going to cost extra , the administration had my medical insurance card in her face and still manage to type it in wrong and I had to come out of pocket , I will not be back here. The black nurse with the short hair cut was the only nice and professional one and the black administrator was nice but might was overwhelmed because how do you type in my insurance card wrong when it’s in your face but she was professional and nice just was not focused maybe.

Been here several times already and its my go to urgent care. Seeing your primary Doc these days is impossible. The front staff is always friendly. FNP Mark had seen me several times and listened to my health concerns as well as the Dr. I definitely recommend checking in online before hand if not wait times are not bad at all.
