CNY Fertility Philadelphia

Unfortunately adding my name to the list here who made a long drive out only to find this office doesnt take insurance whatsoever. Though its listed on the CNY website as a CNY office, comes up on Google Maps as CNY, has CNY on its door and on the office wall, it is not an official CNY clinic but contractor satellite office. So they operate by their own terms and do not accept any insurance. Procedures fully covered by my insurance require I pay out of pocket. I would have paid around $800 - $900 if I went through with everything. I had the same procedures done at Shady Grove 10 min from my home and everything was easily billed to my insurance. CNY is in network for me. Ive been in the process of transferring over to CNY over the last 3 months. But because this office doesnt accept insurance, I dont know how Ill be able to transfer from Shady Grove to CNY. This office is truly the Achilles Heel for anyone considering CNY in Philadelphia and using insurance. You will need to do remote monitoring 3 days a week for each IVF cycle. That will be $800 - $900 each time.

Doctor and his team are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and have a nice personal approach and kind attitude, which is very important to me! I enjoyed going to this office. Thank you very much!

This place is ridiculous. We drove an hour past our nearest boutique ultrasound facility because we use CNY as an in network provider only to find out they wont go through insurance and they wont give you a superbill to submit. Its $130 for an ultrasound plus 4% for credit card transaction so $156, $30 in tolls and 2 hours later we have 1 very time consuming, expensive ultrasound by someone who barely spoke enough English to communicate what she was seeing! CNY... do better.

I’ve been coming here for my procedures since I started my IVF treatment with CNY last year. The ladies and Dr Ivanov are all nice at this office. Every time Ive called to be seen, they get me in right away, either the same day or the next. Dr Ivanov has done multiple polyp removals for me. The only thing that’s a little difficult(SOMETIMES) is understanding them but everyone at this office is so sweet and caring!!

I have been to this location 2 times for 2 different things and I don’t have 1 bad thing to say. They always get me in and out. 1 of my procedures was very painful and the doctor and the nurses were very empathetic and apologetic although it’s not their fault ( it’s known to be a painful procedure). I would recommend and will be continuing my monitoring here.

Same happened to me.. me and my wife flew from Texas to come up here as they were in network and we get there they say we have to pay and that they don’t bill or anything

When it comes to care they definitely did their job. When it comes to billing theyre horrible. Ive been waiting for months for money that they owe me. They first told me that the money would be credited to my account after I confirmed the last 4 of my debit card a month goes by nothing. I call the office the receptionist tells me that shell check into it and will contact me backWeeks later still no call. I call again she tells me the billing company sent out three checks. I asked for her to confirm The address and inform her I still had not received anything. I ask for the number to billing she tells me that she cant do that. However she will get back to me still nothing. I paid out of pocket $1200 for monitering alone. That doesnt include the medications, travel etc I want and need my $800 back. I will be contacting my insurance company

My wife underwent the procedure with CNY Fertility 3 years ago, the doctor at the Philadelphia clinic recommended and put on record that they should not do the procedure because the dometrium was very inflamed and it would not work. Currently, CNY charged me more than 35,000 and they have put a charge on my account that I am not one of us, they are liars and transfers, they are not qualified as they say, they only deceive and profit from the patients and their dreams of being a father, be careful not to give up. Cheating if my wife got pregnant but she missed both transfers because since they are not coordinated, the nurses are the ones who give the instructions instead of the doctors, she orders people to take and stop medications as if they were doctors and then they pass on ones problem. to another and not even an apology for being inept and Mr Kill who is the owner has knowledge and does nothing, dont let him.
