Illume Fertility - Harrison, NY

Thus far everyone has been on point from scheduling to finding discrepancies from a former fertility center. I am so happy to have found such caring people who have an incredible attention to detail when it comes to caring for a patient and making sure all their questions are answered. Very happy to be a patient here and appreciative to be part of the Illume family.

I have begun my treatment journey with Dr. Meyer and her wonderful team. So far its been a place of safety for me and hope. Everyone is so professional and supportive. Dr. Meyer is the best, she is professional, kind and very comforting. Going through a fertility treatment isnt always easy on the heart and body. Procedures are invasive, painful but worth it in the long-run. Meanwhile, the team is supportive and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my experience so far and cant wait for the day this all becomes part of the beautiful journey that leads my family to grow.

The doctors and nurses are fantastic, but if you have any issues with billing and admin, you will truly have an entire pregnancy worth of bill discrepancies, mistakes and network and insurance problems. I wish them the best of luck but there’s not anyone who works there who can explain insurance and there’s not much in the way of communication. I have two different finance people giving me wildly different info and calling the office doesn’t work. Something about their accreditation switching caused huge issues in billing.One person asked me to make a note to remember to follow up with them over the next few weeks, instead of it working the other way. I wish I could talk to someone vs leave this review but it’s impossible to find anyone who will pick up the phone.Update - incorrect bills from my first week of pregnancy were not sorted out until my baby was 6 months old. Two stars because they finally got fixed (but I did all the work, so maybe I should get the stars).

Since the beginning Illume fertility has been very informative and caring. Every time we have question they answer immediately. Dr. Kucherov has been a great doctor to work with .

Amazing staff that is very patient and respectful. Whole experience was a breeze! Im glad I chose Illume to help start my journey.

Poor communication and not informative.Ive missed two scheduled appointments with this clinic due to lack of information from Tiffany M.

Great knowledgable staff and exceptional Doctors. Dr. Meyer has helped me and my family get this process started with ease.
