I should have trusted the large number of bad reviews. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Some months ago I had a consultation with Dr Masood for fillers. He suggested a thread lift. Dr Masood felt that would be best instead of dermal fillers. . The cost was $1000. So I told him I would be back when I had the money. Long story short, the procedure was done and there was NO visible difference at all. Then he suggested fillers.! Another $600 or $800! He also explained I would see a difference in a few days. Well my face is worse than before.This procedure is just a money making scheme. Even though we know there are no guarantees, still after paying so much money its one expects better than before results. I have had fillers before and they worked just fine. Instead of offering the filler because the results were not impressive and if DrMadood really cared about patients he would have done the right thing .

The office staff is horrible! I made an appointment for my daughter and me for next week as new patients. When I first made the appointment, they put me on hold for 20 minutes! I kept waiting and waiting and no one ever came back. I should have known right there. Now I keep getting phone calls at 9am from the office every morning with no one on the other end. I called back today to see what they needed and was placed on hold again for 10 minutes and no one came back to me. I called back and they immediately placed me on hold again even though I said that I would not hold. I waited another 10 minutes and called back, said I wouldnt hold, explained why, and all I could get from them was a rude attitude stating were very busy and I dont know who you talked to the other day who put you on hold for 20 minutes. Really helpful, thanks. I finally told her to let me know why they keep calling me at 9am for the past two days and is there something they need from me. She looks me up and says she cant find my appointment at all! I told her to forget the whole thing. Its pretty bad when you prove your incompetence over the phone so quickly...I had not even walked in the door yet! Ive never dealt with such a horrible incompetent doctors office in my life!

I have never experienced such incompetence with his office staff. Especially Chris the so-called office manager. 3 times I had to call to request that my order be submitted to get a test done. 3 times Chris gave me a different excuse as to why isnt wasnt handled. Im still waiting. Her response the one time I called was well if youre in that much pain go to the ER. Exetremely unprofessional in my eyes. But I guess thats what to expect from an individual such as her.Blanca refused to take a message for Dr. Masood. Said we dont take messages until he returns. Thats almost comical.Dr. Masoods nurse practitioner is under the impression blood clots are strictly hereditary!!!

Best doctor we have ever had. A specialist gave my husband 1 year to live after Massod diagnosed him with stage 4 cancer... Masood never gave up on him and sent him to another Specialist and because of that my husband is healthy and cancer free 3 years later. Dr. Masood is an amazing knowledgeable physician that truly cares about his patient. It hurts my heart to see negative comments.

I called several ocassions through out the day on 2/17/16 to try and make an appointment as a new patient. Not only did I call but also my sister in law and my husband. Left a few voice-mail messages behind and got no response. I was on hold everytime for at least 10 minutes before anyone got to the phone. They only answered 2 times. The first time, after being on hold for 13 minutes, they said please hold waited about 5 more minutes on the line, no one answered so i hung up. Second time someone answeres, they hung up right away. Needless to say, Ill be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Masood is not a Dr. He is a drug dealer, overprescribing opiates and pain medications, as opposed to helping his patients get healthy. Do not use this Doctor, unless you want addiction to be your diagnosis!

They never do their job. The whole staff is incompetent.
