RMA SoCal helped us to finally grow our family and we are so grateful! After seeing other fertility doctors and struggling for years, I am happily and healthily 13 weeks pregnant. Dr Kim is a fantastic combo of intelligence, kindness, scientific rigor and care. And Nurse Emily was so supportive, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Absolutely I recommend to go see Dr Kim and RMA SoCal.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for Dr. Kim and his team. He made us both feel very comfortable and explained everything so thoroughly. He shared his own personal experience and I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism.We had gone to other clinics before coming to RMA and they were such a waste of time and money, either telling us we needed a bunch of tests or making us do other unnecessary procedures. From the very first consultation with Dr. Kim he immediately informed us that I had a Diminished Ovarian Reserve and that we needed to move quickly in order to gather as many remaining eggs as soon as possible. He put me on medication that very day and I was grateful that we were moving forward with a solid IVF plan.I honestly loved coming to the clinic, the ladies who drew my blood would always make me laugh and Dr. Kim was always in a kind mood and I never felt like he was rushing to get to other patients. Even during our phone calls when there might not be great news to deliver, he still did so with such empathy that compassion.His nurse Emily Wright was wonderful to deal with and she always made sure that all of my questions were answered. I cant recommend this place enough.We are currently 9 months pregnant and waiting for our little miracle man to arrive any day now and it is all thanks to Dr. Kim and his team.

To say I am forever grateful to Dr. Kim (and the rest of the RMA team) for helping me achieve a healthy pregnancy (and so quickly) is an understatement. After a natural, uncomplicated first pregnancy, I was shocked and devastated at age 31 to experience not one but two miscarriages over the course of a year when trying naturally for our second child. I bit the bullet and decided I couldnt take any more loss, and would pursue IVF. I was scheduled to start the process with a different clinic, but after my initial zoom consultation with Dr. Kim, felt so impressed by him not only as a doctor but as a compassionate individual that I moved to RMA. It took exactly 1.5 months from my literal first appointment at the clinic to my embryo transfer date. I did only 1 round of egg retrieval and ended up with 6 PGTA embryos. I did one transfer and it stuck. I could not have dreamed of a better and more efficient outcome. I am sad to be graduating from the clinic because Dr. Kim was such a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, and because the clinic was so well-organized with respect to appointments, teachings on how to use the medications, insurance/billing, etc. I would 11/10 recommend RMA to anyone experiencing infertility or loss.

The RMA Network, Doctors and Nursing staff are outstanding. Everyone is beyond friendly and their facilities are very clean in pristine condition. I HIGHLY recommended this fertility clinic!Dr. Landay went above and beyond to hear out my concerns and evened moved around her personal matters to make sure all my questions were addressed. From Appt #1 she made sure I felt very comfortable as a patient. Her care coordination team is amazing and really good at following up. The IVF process can be so confusing and there ar many steps to remember but that doesn’t happen when you work with this team. They are consistent in their outreach and reminds to help you stay on top of your process and plan. The constant follow up and communication from their nursing staff and Quiana is so appreciated.

I’m so grateful to have worked with Dr Kim and Nurse Wright. They approached every appointment with such compassion and care for my well being, while also being transparent in the decision-making process. This built up a lot of trust in my journey to becoming pregnant, which truly was the most important part for me. Cannot recommend this team enough.

Dr. Kim and his team at RMA Los Angeles were fabulous! My husband and I sought fertility support at another clinic before we found RMA and we just felt like a number. When we met Dr. Kim, he sat down with us for over an hour and really, genuinely cared to get to know us and hear about our journey. He gave us recommendations and options that would best meet our needs and counseled us through tough decisions and the emotional ups and downs of IVF. He made us feel like family - treating us with the utmost care and respect. And his nursing staff, front desk staff, office management/ billing, etc. were all incredible people! As happy as we were to graduate to a regular OBGYN, we miss the entire team at RMA. The level of support that they provide to you along the way is unparalleled in the healthcare field. They even provide you with an after-hours phone number where you can reach a nurse if you have urgent questions about your medications, shots, etc. (which can be time sensitive). Even after I graduated from RMA and went to see a regular OBGYN, I would still email my RMA nurse, Merrissa (the greatest!), with a question or two and she always graciously answered me. We are so thankful to Dr. Kim and his team for helping us get pregnant through IVF. I was scared to start the process but it was so much better than expected because of their support and care.

We are incredibly grateful for RMA. First and foremost I can’t exaggerate enough that I recommend everyone who wants to have children in life gets tested early. When my husband and I first reached out to RMA we were definitely not on the older side of fertility. Thankfully I trusted by gut despite everyone around me telling me we were fine and it just takes time. After our first results came in we found out we had issues on both sides…. At the time I didn’t know how difficult that meant our experience would be, it is so much more important to have competent and supportive care than I could’ve ever even known.Our wonderful team of Dr. Landay and Merrissa (our RN) really have a way of shedding light on some incredibly dark times. From the very first consultation to our 10 day wait after our embryo transfer, Dr. Landay, Merrissa and their team showcased their expertise, compassion, and unwavering support. Due to our particular issues we struggled getting embryos at all, so being blessed enough to get to the point of embryo transfer is a miracle.Dr. landay’s depth of knowledge in the field of infertility is truly remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly study our unique case. She helped my husband get the care he needed quickly so we wouldn’t have to go through any delays during the most difficult times. We can feel the outpour of warmth and wishes that all of our dreams come true, it’s like we’re all truly in it together. I have nothing but hope and positivity that with Dr. Landay’s expertise and support of her team, we will soon be able to update our review that we too had success and now have a beautiful baby. Our dream of starting a family would not be possible without the guidance and dedication of RMA, as we cannot have children naturally. Dr Kim is the most empathetic, patient and understanding fertility doctor. If you want good bedside manner this is the place to be. Not only was that important for me so was his knowledge on inferiority. Since he personally has been down this road he understood the hardship and emotional toll this has on his patients. He is considerate of your needs and for me financially it was a big deal being a single mom by choice. He is very strategic on his approach, and wont “just try” and waste your money. He is honest and forthcoming about what is best for each situation. There are many fertility doctors in Los Angeles and I’ve been to two different clinics. The staff and Dr Kim are by far the best clinic in town. He is so experienced and knowledgeable that I feel so lucky to have been able to work with him. After several try’s I’m finally having my first baby by embryo Transfer July 2022. I am so grateful for him and his team to help being my dreams to fruition.

I had almost given up hope on having a family until RMA came into our lives. I had been with a different provider a couple years ago and felt like I was jumping through hoops, spending tons of money and getting nowhere! After making the decision to start with RMA I fell in love with the team. Every part was clearly discussed and preformed quickly. We started our journey in late December and by the beginning of March, I am officially pregnant with our miracle baby. Thank you so much to the RMA team, my family is forever grateful!

Wow wow wow!!!!! Where do I begin? I would not be 9 weeks pregnant today if it was not for Dr. Thomas Kim and his wonderful staff. Im a workaholic dentist and very very picky when it comes to my own physicians. The moment I met him, I knew he was the one who will help me become a mother. I did not need to interview other reproductive endocrinologists. My heart just knew. He is the most compassionate physician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His warmth, compassion, and professionalism comforted me on every single visit for the past 10 months. He truly exudes kindness in everything he does when it comes to his patient care. What an emotional journey it has been. I developed a bad cough on the day of our first transfer late Feb of 2019 and unfortunately the first IVF was not successful. My second transfer was on 7/8/2019 and as of today, Im almost 9 weeks pregnant. My family and I sincerely thank you Dr. Kim from the bottom of our hearts and are forever grateful. It was a wonderful journey with your team and you are truly amazing Dr. Kim!!!

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Kims at RMANJ. After several years of trying unsucessfully we met with Dr. Kim and had answers within our first meeting. We are both numbers and stats people and Dr. Kim gave us every number and stat available, even including some hand drawn charts! He was very clear with the steps we needed to take but not pushy and we left feeling very confident and ready for the process ahead of us. We wanted to move quickly and Dr. Kim was on board with us, within 3 months we were pregnant. Our transfer was set for a day that a different doctor was performing the procedure but Dr. Kim rearranged his schedule to be able to do ours, as per our request. We felt so comfortable with Dr. Kim as our doctor and so confident in his care that when talking about our next transfer, my husband asked if it was possible to fly to California so we could have Dr. Kim again.

RMA is very impersonal and treats its customers as numbers. If you are looking for a personal caring approach, this is not the place. Calling and getting answers is useless. Their financial department is the worse. The main doctor made an appointment with me only to discuss a concern with a review my husband left on Google when I still had other questions about my personal care. The clinic had the nerve to charge me for this call. I didn’t want to leave a review but I feel for the optimistic warm couples looking to start a family. Please do not loose your money here. They do not care about you.

Doctor kim is the best. Hes so patient and kind. I was very nervous about the IVF procedure and he explained to me in details about the procedure and answered all my questions. Hes always available. He always returned my calls or emails on the same day. He even went to clinic on Sunday just for me so i could get the medication i needed. I couldnt thank him enough for having my boy . I got pregnant right after the 1st try with IVF. I love motherhood and im thankful for Doc kim...

My husband and I did our IVF treatment with Dr. Kim 3 years ago. We are so grateful that we had him as our doctor. We could not ask for a better fertility doctor than Dr. Kim! We met Dr. Kim the first time in the consultation session in RMANJ office. Our impression was that he was very honest, professional, nice, practical and was not a risk taker which was exactly what we were looking for. Our first impression was right. His treatment plan was on point and based on our own situition and could be backed up by solid reasons. He recommended us to do CCS to test the embryos considering my age (37) which we did. His egg retrieval and embryo transfer skills were top notch. All his decisions and great skills lead to a successful treatment. Now we have our healthy 2.5 year old son. Dr. Kim is a true example of a great doctor-knowledgeable, kind, honest, best skills and really cares about his patients!

Dr. Kim is the best! He is very straightforward which we loved. We didn’t want sugar coating, we wanted to know if IVF was an option for us and what the chances were. He was detailed in explaining our probability and gave us his honest opinion. We went through with it knowing our chances were not high. With only 1 egg surviving from retrieval we successfully became pregnant. Our son is now 9 months old. RMA is the best place you can go. Good luck to all the couples trying!

Dr Kim treated me at the RMA office in NJ and thanks to him and the RMA team I now have a wonderful son. I specifically chose Dr Kim after reading a number of prior patient reviews and after personally consulting a few other physicians because he took ample time to get to know me and my medical concerns and was very reassuring that the treatment outcome would be the best it can possibly be given my individual medical history and diagnosis. Dr Kim is an extremely knowledgeable, attentive and caring physician with excellent bedside manner. Despite being one of hundreds of patients, I always felt that I was treated in a very personable manner and Dr Kim knew all the specifics of my case and was very supportive throughout my treatment. I highly recommend Dr Kim and his entire team, you will be in great hands.

Loved our experience here!! Dr. Kim and his staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions. The facility is clean and quiet, yet, warm not sterile and cold. We were referred by a friend and so thankful for the referral. Looking forward to sending Dr. Kim and his staff a baby picture in the spring, would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Dr Kim helped us to make our dreams come true. After losing our 2 year old daughter to a sudden illness, we thought we would never have another child. Our hearts were broken but we wanted another child because we had so much love to give. Dr Kim gave us hope and treated us with so much kindness especially with our sad circumstances. He and his staff guided us through the long journey and we ended up with a beautiful, healthy baby girl.

We were heart broken by 4 consecutive miscarriages when we found Dr. Kim. His perfect mix of experience, evidence based practice, and empathy was just was we needed to get us through the IVF process. Dr. Kim, Dr. Green, and the whole team were wonderful each step of the way. As I write this, were 8 weeks pregnant with twins, we couldnt be happier! 100% recommend!

Dr Kim was my doctor for both IVF and frozen embryo transfer. We had great success both times and have two beautiful and healthy children as a result. Dr Kim is very personable. His positivity and kind bedside manner make all the difference. I was disappointed when he moved to California. However, RMANJ’s loss is RMASOCAL’s gain. I was a patient of Dr. Kim’s when he was at RMANJ. After our first transfer ended in an early miscarriage, we discussed with Dr. Kim other alternatives. We came up with a plan that my husband and I were very confident and comfortable with. The second transfer worked and we now have a beautiful, healthy ten month old baby boy. We couldn’t have done it without Dr. Kim and RMA.

It’s pretty amazing that Dr. Landay knocked up a 41 year old within 6 months on her first try!I consulted with other RE’s that wouldn’t even consider me because of my age but Dr. Landay immediately put me on her special protocol to improve my egg quality and it worked! My 1st cycle I was able to get 1 euploid and my 2nd cycle I got 3 normal embryos!!!Dr. Landay is the only doctor that hasn’t dismissed my deep pelvic pain and could tell something was off during my ultrasounds. In between cycles she ordered an MRI and it confirmed that I have widespread diffused adenomyosis. Finally I had a diagnosis for my infertility and why I couldn’t get pregnant naturally.Today I am graduating to my OBGYN at 9 weeks! Thanks so much Dr. Landay!!

Never stop believing in hope because miracles happen every day. When we came to RMA we were feeling defeated. Our son, Luke, needed a second bone marrow transplant and we had gone through two failed cycles with another clinic. The moment we met Dr. Kim I knew our lives were going to change. We were exactly where we were meant to be. For the first time in a long time we had hope. Hope lived within every word spoken, within the way he organized a plan for us and most of all, the feeling of compassion he had. We were not alone any more. His caring seemed to have turned the hands of fate. I still remember exactly where I was when Dr. Kim called to tell me the news that we had healthy embryos …one being a perfect bone marrow match for Luke. I will never forget that moment. Dr. Kim and the team had new probes made quickly for us in order to be able to do PGD testing. Dr. Kim helped us get pregnant with our healthy baby girl and bring us one step closer to saving our son. Our hero in disguise, our beautiful baby girl (Grace) was born on June 2nd. Luke just had his second bone marrow transplant this past March and has begun a new, healthy life. God sent us to Dr. Kim and from that moment on miracles have happened. This summer we walked back into Dr. Kim’s office and once again he worked his magic. We had one healthy embryo waiting for us. Our second baby girl is coming on June 6th to fill our hearts with so much love. Dr. Kim’s superior knowledge, caring heart and the wonderfully run clinic at RMA have changed our lives forever. When I ask myself...”What am I thankful for?” EVERYTHING! We are at a loss, except to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

They see lots of patients and while talking with the doctor they told us about a possible sabotage or mistake during the IVF process. We lost our money and time coming here. They certainly made money from us without caring for our feelings. A simple sorry or saying it was a pleasure working with you is just a discreet way of being burlesque.

Dr. Kim changed my life! Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and thorough.The process at RMA can be impersonal at times however Dr. Kim and staff were always available and supportive.

I am disgusted by RMA SC. They have reached out to me on LinkedIn completely unsolicited, suggesting that I freeze my eggs. This is not something that is even on my radar whatsoever so Im not sure why I would be targeted like this but I find it very offensive and invasive. Fertility is a private matter and I dont need companies that dont know my story or my plans or relationship status or family planning agenda attempting to profit from me and suggest that they know what is better for my health and my journey than I do. Shame on them; for anyone I do know that is looking into fertility specialists, I will recommend they take their search elsewhere to a more ethical practice that is not just greedy to profit off of who they think are unsuspecting young women.

Dr. Kim is very professional. He is kind, and treats each patient with utmost care. He made our dream come true.
