This place 💚. This place and these people are AMAZING. We just took our newborn back to see them because they became such an important part of our lives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Tanisha and Mindy :)

Absolutely terrible experience there. First of all, they lost my specimen the first time so I had to come back and then they neglected dimension too early pay for the lab results so now I am stuck with double the cost and Spring customer service pretty much said it’s Micheal. It’s on me even though I asked, where do I pay for this? They said I would get a bill and had no idea of the early pay absolutely horrible experience and will never go back there again.

I am a gestational carrier and a satellite patient. Meaning my main clinic is in Cleveland but this clinic at the Mason location is closest to where I live so I get to do my visits here. Tanisha and the girls here are just amazing! We are always laughing and they make everything so comfortable. Tanisha is always giving me information and asking if I have any questions. I always leave here feeling confident and comfortable in this journey. They are awesome!!! 10/10 would recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I LOVE the staff at both Springcreek locations but i have to give a lot of my love to the Mason location!!! Tenisha was absolutely wonderful to me and my husband through the entire process! We graduated from Springcreek today! We are going to miss everyone at the offices but as soon as our baby is born we will surely be paying them a visit!!!

The staff at SpringCreek are absolutely wonderful. I’m in Cincinnati and had most of my visits at the Mason office. Tanisha is the best, I looked forward to our appointments! Mason and Centerville employees are seriously so sweet and have excellent communication.

Mason Springcreek treated me wonderfully. The NP and nurse/MA were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. My appointments were timely and all my questions were answered promptly. Their care and expertise made me feel at ease. It was always nice to see a smiling face at the many appointments and follow ups. Thank you for everything!

SpringCreek Fertility was amazing. There can be a lot of uncertainty in a fertility journey and they made the whole experience easy and comforting. They communicated every step or the way, were always available to answer questions and to provide words of encouragement. Tanisha and her team were the best, I couldn’t imagine going through this with anyone else by our side. I highly recommend them to anyone going through this difficult journey.

If I could give Springcreek -1000 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE and the media needs to do some serious investigation on discriminatory practices.I first came here on my own to look into egg freezing, did blood work, ultrasound, etc. with all the initial consultations. A few months later, I found a split egg donation company to work with where I could freeze my eggs and donate half to a couple.Once I started this process, I came into the clinic a second time upon which they performed both another blood draw and an instant urine test. I peed in the cup, and only a few minutes later they called me up to go over the results, which resulted in a FALSE POSITIVE for methadone! I NEVER have ever used any drugs in my life, and in the moment had no idea what methadone even was. I asked the nurse and she said she couldnt tell me and then just had me sign the results and I left, thinking they would call me later to go over my results. I then Googled in my car what methadone is and was SHOCKED.They then told me that because I tested positive, I was BANNED FOREVER for ever working with them ever again due to Dr. Grolls policy and how he decides to run his practice. I then asked if they could look at both my blood tests and the most recent one because surely it would show no signs of drug use but was told because you tested positive for methadone we decided not to send your bloodwork out because it would be charged to you Not ONCE did I ever get the choice or notification they would not run my blood work because of this.The next day I went to my PCP out of my own pocket and accord to take a LAB VERIFIED urine sample that actually takes processing time and of course it came back negative. However, after weeks of going back and forth with the clinic, Dr. Groll still refuses to accept me as a patient and did not even acknowledge his initial test as a false positive. There are SO many things wrong with using an instant urine sample and only going off of that test result as a final decision maker. Especially when I even re-tested on my own, paying on my own, for an actual lab verified and thus more accurate test and result. Given my lifestyle, status, and all my other blood work, health history, medication list, etc. that they have access to all would verify and show I have never been on, or am coming off of drugs, yet they still refused to work with me, is completely disgusting and illogical and grounds for legal action.The lack of communication was also infuriating, as I had to fin out everything from my egg donation company secondhand.It seems like Dr. Groll has his own agenda when it comes to womens health and reproduction. They told me their clinic has never done a split donation before. They also have access to my medication list, knowing that my antidepressant Im on is KNOWN to result in false positives! Its also worth noting that both myself and the receiving parent of the eggs are Asian.If youre a person of color, take any sort of antidepressants, or have a uterus in general, DO NOT GO HERE. Stay far away!!!!

We had an amazing experience at the Mason location with Tanisha and her nurses! The nurses knew my name from the moment I walked through the door and treated me like family. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone needing help in their fertility Journey!

I was absolutely shocked to see all of the 5 star reviews for this place. My husband was referred here for testing and weve experienced nothing but frustration. He went the first time, everything seemed normal and they told him how long his results would take. They called him a week later and I guess they had just not sent his sample out and it was now not viable due to the delay. He went back in, having to take even more time off and be in an uncomfortable situation again due to them just not shipping it. Now that hes gotten his results back, he signed a release form to have them sent to my doctor so we can figure out what this means for both of us and how to move forward. My doctor is saying that she was told by Spring Creek that there wasnt enough sample to get results, when we have his results. He also talked to the andrologist, who said that makes no sense because he got results back. When he asked Spring Creek about this, they said they didnt know what he was talking about, they had sent results and they wouldnt be doing anything further unless he wanted to pay the $50 dollars for a consultation with them. We dont need a consultation, we know what his results mean. We need them sent to a doctor who can help us with a plan for us both to move forward. But it isnt about that. Its about Spring Creek preying on peoples desperation to have a baby in order to shake every penny they can out of them. I just want to move on and never have to deal with this place again, especially when its regarding such a frustrating time in our lives already.
