I LOVE this office firstly it’s clean!!The staff are amazing and so gentle plus my doctor was really informative and helped me understand the journey that we’re going onIn addition the location is convenient and the office is pink! (My favorite color) I’m so happy that I found ferny!!!

Been waiting for my test results for 3 weeks.Numerous phone calls and responses “will send it right away” and I still waiting.Keep in mind that to discuss results over the phone, you need to make another appointment.When you entering clinic everyone is so nice, but when it’s time for follow up everything changes.Fertility clinics are not about only 1st appointment, it’s about staying on top of the process and finding officiant treatment in a timely manner as well as explaining patientevery step of the process.So 5 star for welcoming stuff on 1st appointment.And 1 star for following up and treatment plan.I would definitely do not recommend this clinic.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I have had an extremely disappointing and difficult time with this clinic. Not only did I wait an hour for the doctor to see me (also I was already in the chair and not in the waiting room), but they also sent me an invoice for charges that were ridiculous. They will charge you for phone calls stating that those are doctor visits even when that was their suggestion to do so. They also kept “forgetting” to call me back and kept rescheduling it to another day. I had to adjust my work schedule constantly because of this issue of theirs. Additionally when they decide to reschedule your bloodwork exam, they will charge you for a doctors visit for just a blood work. I have never been charged for an office visit for any phone calls or bloodworks before with previous doctors. Even if I did, the clinic would be transparent about prices and let me know that this would result in a co pay. I also got charged ridiculous amounts on care, even after insurance, that should’ve been a standard check up and fully covered by my insurance. Please avoid this place at all costs. I don’t believe in practices that take advantage of women by up-charging costs or using sly ways to make money. The people might be nice, but they are way too disorganized and not transparent about prices.

Previously liked my experience except that they only see pregnancy under 8 weeks. Until I received my recent bill of my week 7 visit of 9 different charges adding up to 2000+ dollar and 500+ out of pocket cost after insurance. I don’t have any medical conditions and the baby is healthy. So the check up should be all standard. Now I feel like I dodged a bullet since I can’t keep going to them over 8 weeks.

All around a very positive experience.Doctor Shabani is professional, easy going, relatable and always made sure I’m fully understanding all the procedures, terminology and implications. Front desk is friendly. Doctor assistants as well! Happy to have found a great place like this.

Dr. Kim is incredibly kind and highly professional. She really takes her time and is very thorough, making sure I leave her office with no questions unanswered. I was hesitant to do my annual physical but she made sure I am comfortable at every step. Im happy I found her.

Absolutely amazing is all I can say. The staff makes you feel so welcomed, the techs are amazing, and Dr. Kim really answered all of mine and my fiancés questions. The way they are so detailed and thorough, I have never left a GYN office feeling so hopeful. I look forward to a happy and healthy pregnancy in the future with Ferny❤️

I had an amazing experience at ferny! Dr. Ahluwalia is a phenomenal doctor- extremely thorough, kind, and patient. Addressed all of my concerns, but still a quick appointment. Highly recommend!

Personally, i won’t be back here. the initial doctor i saw was nice enough, but several issues here that mean i will be promptly running for the hills:- they have no message portal to communicate with the doctor. only alternative is to communicate personal info over email through front desk staff(?) whose responses are continuously unsatisfactory…if you get one.- lack of continuity of care is a red flag for me, so didn’t like that a different doctor called me back about test results. AND they charged me for that call, even though the call was at their suggestion. (haven’t been charged for phone calls with any of my other docs.) thats money grubbing behavior.- no real walls and doctor Ahluwalia’s speaking voice is LOUD! the front desk WILL know your vaginal information lol- i paid for test results and the main one i wanted came back inconclusive due to a possibly faulty sample (wth!!!) “50% chance the specimen was compromised”...waste of time and money here, unfortunately.

The doctor is nice and professional, although she didnt remember me from a recent visit even when she was looking over results from labs she had ordered previously from this same office? The issues are that the door for your room is just frosted glass so you can see people moving on the other side, you can hear the nurses talk about you(!) right outside with each other, and the nurses are simply unprofessional and unkind. Multiple instances of telling a nurse my symptoms and having them disregard or minimize them, telling me I probably just didnt recognize a UTI and then actually writing that down on my chart for the doctor to review. I actually had ovarian cysts and was experience terrible pain from one rupturing. NOT a UTI. So disappointing to be treated that way by other women who should know what its like for womens health issues to be dismissed by others.

I never leave reviews but Dr. Shabani Ahluwalia was so amazing, made me feel so comfortable and took everything i said seriously. Recommending this office to all my friends :) thank you I really appreciate it so much ❤️❤️❤️

Dr. Ahluwalia and her staff are excellent. I came back for a follow up and had an appointment with Eden, who was one of the kindest, most professional, providers I’ve ever met with. I am so grateful to be in the hands of caring and compassionate doctors.

TLDR: dont come here if you want personalized care. I’d recommend going somewhere that cares for their patients more especially for fertility/infertility or anything more than just an OBGYN annual visit. After disappointing bloodwork, my husband and I tried to get in contact with the doctor to talk to. We were told over and over the doctor won’t take calls and can’t see us for weeks. The nurse didn’t explain things well. This isn’t how you treat patients who are concerned and lost. Doctors should make time for patients when they need them. This place just wants to make money and see as many people as possible. I quickly found another doctor who made time to call me and talk through my results and diagnosed me with an infertility issue

All of the doctors here are honest and amazing! A very comfortable and supportive environment. Definitely coming here for my next appointment!

This place is not only terribly run and unorganized (they had me sit on a puppy pad and gave me a urine sample cup with someone elses name on it) but they will bill you wayyy more than they should even with insurance. I have good insurance and they still sent me DOZENS of small bills adding up to close to one thousand dollars. They sent my bloodwork to an out of network lab and allowed that lab to charge me personally $300 and charge me an additional $500 via my insurance. The billing department is incredibly unhelpful and I have been in contact with them for months now. So I have thousands of dollars in bills from them via my insurance for a simple well womans check.The worst part is that they purposely told me they believed I had PCOS and needed to do an ultrasound and bloodwork. They scared me into believing I was never going to be able to pregnant to make me take these tests. I hesitantly agreed, they ran the tests, and then they called me two weeks later and said it wasnt actually PCOS. truly a horrifying way to squeeze an additional few thousand dollars out of a woman just trying to get a well womans check. Stay away at all costs unless you are ready to spend thousands for a well womans check.

Dr. Essig went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, and provided the most diligent, thoughtful care. I’ve always been a bit timid to try a male doctor for my annual pap but this swayed me. By far the best experience I’ve had — I’ll be back same time next year. The front desk staff also made me feel so welcome, and I was seen right away.

Seriously can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone I’ve come into contact with— down to the office manager— has been so kind and helpful. I had been to a gyno before them and didn’t go again for years because of how unpleasant the experience was. Eventually I decided I had to grow up and find a doctor I liked, and I seriously hit the jackpot. The first time I came to Ferny my vitals were concerningly high because of how anxious I was. The nurse took time to just chat with me for a little, get to know me, talk about the blush she was wearing, until my vitals became stable. That experience sticks out in particular because I was so worried about taking up too much of their time, but the office as a whole seems to have the philosophy that the patients comfort is superior to the speed of service. Clean, comfortable space, supportive staff— this is a great doctors office!

Ive found my Gynecologist. I was so nervous coming in. Ive had bad, painful experiences going to the gyno - feeling like livestock. Dr. Ahluwalia and her staff were gentle, personable, patient and kind. All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns addressed. They have an efficient check-in process and a clean & organized facility. Dr. Ahluwalia even goes the extra mile to make sure that things like IUD placements are less painful. I absolutely loved it. 10/10 recommend.
