I am very happy with our experience! The front desk was very helpful and informative. The wait was way shorter than expected . I had 5 people ahead of me and we waited less than an hour to be seen. The nurses were very attentive and really focused on breaking my son’s fever . We saw Samantha and she was awesome . I highly recommend this place .

We needed a walk in clinic while vacationing. The entire staff was super friendly. Amy took the time to ask questions to get to the route of the issues. We were able to schedule the appt, do all of the paperwork remotely and get a call when it was our turn making it convenient and easy. 100% would recommend!

The best clinic Ive ever been too. The whole experience from checking in on their app to the time I left which was no more than 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I felt like they truly cared about my wellbeing. So for all of those reasons I give them a 10 +++

I’m thoroughly impressed!!! The girls at the front desk were fantastic, then the nurse who took my vitals was fantastic and then Dr. Blue was seriously AMAZING!!! Her bedside manner was impeccable! I instantly felt comfortable with her and just loved how smart she is!! I will be back again! It’s hard to find a doctor who genuinely cares and she does!! The whole experience was great! The wait was a little long, but nothing I didn’t expect. GREAT experience at this office for sure, I highly recommend this urgent care!!!

Thank you so much American Family Care! I was away from home simply couldn’t wait any longer to see a physician. They were extremely kind, took my issue seriously and got me all fixed up. I very rarely leave reviews, but they deserve five stars and more!

My primary doctor could not see me today so I went to the facility without an appointment. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend. The staff were friendly and prompt. The nurse, Amy, was amazing! I was in and out and it was covered by my insurance. I could not be more pleased!

They were all very sweet and apologetic for my wait. But Im already starting to feel better so it was worth the wait. And I still get to take my trip to see my parents. I appreciate them all.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Amy today, as my primary care doctor was unavailable. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel seen and heard, and went above and beyond to help me. I absolutely recommend AFC Urgent Care!!

Checked in and completed everything online… waited in a room for over an hour before being seen. I had to remind the front desk that I was there. They were not nice or apologetic. While I was waiting, an elderly lady was also there, and said shehad been waiting two hours. They were unbothered. I won’t be going back here - no respect for people’s time and bad attitudes.

Charlie and Patrick were WONDERFUL!! Their bubbly/happy personalities were so contagious that it turned our scary/uncomfortable issue into a very relaxing visit. We will definitely return to this clinic if we ever have a weekend illness again and will recommend them to friends and family. Also, I didnt catch the receptionists name, but she was very friendly too!Thank you 😊

Waiting time was reasonable and check in was easy with ipad. Nurses were pleasant and took time to get all my information correct. The doctor was thorough and took her time. I had a lot of symptoms and we covered everything together. Left about an hour after arriving with blood tests and prescription called in. I highly recommend if you need a doctor fast or if you are traveling and need care. Go to the nearest AFC!

When I walked in the amazing Erica greeted me with a smile and helped me check in. Andressa was the one who triaged me she was amazing very understanding of my reason for visit. Then the provider Dr. Blue was amazing she was a great listener and answered any question I had. 10/10 recommend

Girl at front desk had an attitude. We had just been there less than a week. Made us refill out everything like a new customer. Her comments use the iPad to check in. I did that sat form20 minutes before she said anything. Wanted to know if we got the text. Text went to my wife’s phone which was not with us. So I then used my phone. Filled it out like a new patient. Remember my wife filled all this out less than a week ago. 25 minutes later, rudely asked do you need help filling this out. 5 people went in front of us. Said she never got it. Had to go through the whole process again. Why do we need a receptionist if they do nothing. Main question is where did all the data that was entered less than a week ago, where did it go evaporate. We use AFC in Trussville and can check in and pay deductible in less than 5 minutes.

The people there was very busy, however, they still got me in quickly and out quickly also taking the time with me to make sure I was comfortable. The confidence that they have there gave me peace of mind. That is priceless when you’re sick and scared. They definitely care about their people. Their smiles definitely uplifted my spirit. When your body is acting up that is exactly what you need. I would definitely return if I ever needed help like that again. I am grateful.

Everyone here was so nice and got our little one with an earache seen right away. They were all so accommodating. I do recommend this place we were in and out quick and had meds for our little one to feel better as soon as possible.

Simple and easy for a VA appointment. Excellent staff including the PA. You never want to get sick on Vacation, but of course I do! lol, so thanks for making it easy!

I loathe going to the Drs offices...to the point of where Im avoiding medical attention where I dont need to be. But high BP is nothing to be ignored, so I put on my big boy pants...well shorts...its in the 80s today...and finally went, and left asking myself why I waited so long to do this. It was very easy, quick... considering it was my first time and I had to enter all of my insurance info, and the staff were very nice and equally informative. A big hug and thank you to AFC Pier Park, Panama City Beach, FL!

It was about a twenty five minute wait to be seen after my appointment time. The doctor was very thorough. Staff was friendly and efficient. I got sick while on vacation. I would use this clinic again!

On vacation and my husband got very sick and after 36 hours of fever and vomiting finally agreed to go to urgent and Doctor Amy and staff were the best. She recognized that he had Pancreatitis and Doctor and nurse helped get him in the car and we went to free standing ER whereShe had called ahead so they were waiting where they reacted quickly but he was so bad they stabilized him and called for the ambulance to carry him to main hospital and 3 doctors there treated him very aggressively and after 3 rough days he was released and expecting to see specialist in a few days. Thanks to the quick actions of Doctor Amy he is alive. They are the Best. Being on Vacation and being that sick was Scary but thanks AFC he is alive.

I am new to the area.I do not have a doctor yet so I went to American Family care.I went online and found out you can save a space.Then they sent me all the paperwork to do ahead of time.I walked in and fortunately my wait time was less than 5 minutes.The nurse took me back and asked me all the questions .She was so nice,friendly,knowledgeable.I felt right at home.Then Dr.Blue came in.She came in with a big smile.Dr.Blue took the time to listen to all my problems I was having.She examined me and gave me great feedback.I would highly recommend AFC .The office was very clean also.Thank you for the excellent care.

The lady that did my drug screen was great. Very kind. The PA (CHARLI) that did my physical (for the second time) made unnecessary unwarranted remarks about my medication, history and what I do with my medication which is private information. Almost felt like I was being racially profiled because there was no other reasoning for her personal unwarranted remarks Based on assumptions.

I had to have a pre employment physical and chest X-rays. It was scheduled in one day and I was able to get everything done there. Staff was great. DNP was awesome. I’ll be seeing them again!

Provider was kind, professional and quite knowledgeable, as were all support staff. However, being a provider myself, I feel as though it is highly inappropriate for the organization to have one provider for such a high patient load.There was a steady flow into the lobby with an average of 4-5 patients at any given time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you know for sure you dont have insurance. I have insurance and went here. My insurance originally provessed the claim as an out of network and they (AFC) sent me a bill. I paid it, no big deal. My insurance then processed it and PAID IT IN FULL. Great! AFC will NOT REFUND me my payments. They were double paid on my 2 claims and refuse to reimburse me. Ive been dealing with them and getting the runaround for over a year! My insurance company has contacted them and sent them copies of the claims paid in full. They get the runaround as well. Looks like a consult with a lawyer is in my near future!

I went to AFC with a pulled muscle in my lower back. The nurse practioner never ordered an xray. She gave me a couple of shots, one of them being a steroid plus called in an oral steroid. No anti-inflammatory or anything to help with a 6 hour drive home the next day. She actually never even read my chart before entering the room. She tried to treat me for a sinus infection until I told her I was there with a pulled muscle. The entire visit took over 2 hours, but the NP was only in the room a grand total of 5 minutes max. NO bedside manner. The front desk and the nurse who took my vitals were all super sweet and helpful. Thats the only reason I gave my review 1 star.

Everyone who works there are top-notch! They went way beyond to help me get things settled with the Workmen’s Comp. situation and then saw me and the doctor was excellent! I cannot recommend them enough if you ever need help they are the ones to go see!

I visited AFC for the first time. The waitwas long, but the people were great. The PAs were knowledgeable and friendly. After I was in the room things went pretty smoothly. Next time I have to visit an Urgent Care such as AFC I will try to go early in the morning. But they gave you excellent care. My PA Kimberly was great. Very compassionate. I rate them with five stars

I am a Travel Nurse and have been to and seen some of the worst providers and facilities but going to American Family Care Panama City Beach was the WORST provider encounter I have ever dealt with . The nurse practitioner that was over my care was Kimberly Smith And I felt like I was inconveniencing her by being there she did not ask me any health questions. She did not ask me any type of medical history. She was in the room for three minutes and then just left. She did not address the problem, she did however, tell me that I should be grateful that she gave me an ointment after I told her that this experience was awful, and that she had a terrible bedside manner.I will never be back to American family care in Panama City or anywhere else for that matter. Below are pictures of my feet and I had to get that all set up like that and when I complained, that’s the only time I was offered any Band-Aids Or anything to clean it up with so not only was I not heard, but I was not cared for in any manner.

Zero stars. I could have ended up dying because of this facilitys lack of knowledge. They want to get you in an out. I came here 3 times in a month span because I was not getting any better. I was diagnosed with a lower acute respiratory infection(non specified). I had 2 X-rays of my lungs that looked clear but had an immense amount of wheezing and coughing. They did not run any bacterial tests, no Covid test, no flu test, no strep test. The first visit I was given a steroid shot, a zpack, benzonatate, a breathing treatment and inhaler as well as 5mg prednisone to take for 5 days. 7 days later when I visited again, I was given another round of breathing treatment, and a different inhaler (air Supra) the third visit, 5 days later, I was given 10 mg of prednisone (5 day dose) another zpack, amoxicillin (because they didnt know what I was fighting and didnt test but was just throwing antibiotics at me at this point) and another round of albuterol. I ended up in the ER two days later with my oxygen levels at 89% unable to take deep breaths, and it was because I hate strep bacteria in my chest causing me to not be able to breath. If this facility had ran the proper test I would have been better the first go around and not had to endure all that I did for over a month span. I do not recommend going to this place if you are sick. They will just guess whats wrong with you and not prescribe you the right meds so that you keep coming back and they make money off of you. I found out in the ER the 5mg and 10mg of prednisone they were prescribing me is the amount you would prescribe a young child. The ER prescribed me 50mg of that gives you an idea.

Everyone was super nice. I did ask about my procedure before I paid a massive out of pocket visit and was assured I could be helped. 180 bucks and 2 shots later they couldn’t help me and sent me on my way. Not their fault they couldn’t help but steep charge for what I received.

Excellent care! Every worker had the best personality and all smiles! Made us feel comfortable, especially being out of town for vacation!

The nurses and doctors are so nice and very helpful. We came in from out of state and not used to the water and sun down here. We needed some treatment and medication the staff was very knowledgeable and took great care of us.

The doctors or nurse practitioners and all nurses and registration employees here are very helpful and understanding. The process was very quick and they got me back within less than 10-15 minutes. They treated me with the best care, and were sympathetic and respectful while they made sure to listen to all of my conditions and find a solution to get me better! This is the best walk in clinic i have ever been too, and ive been to many in several different states including my home state of Tennessee and this was the best and most respectful, hardworking, and very thorough walk in clinic ive ever been to by far!!

These people just stole $175.00 from me. They told me that they couldnt even treat me because my blood pressure was elevated. I was in excruciating pain at the time. I would like a refund please. Update they have not refunded the money, just calling me and pretending to be looking into it. They refused me any medical care,after removing $175 from my card, because my blood pressure was elevated. These people are supposed to be caring for people but they are only looking for profits.

I’m not a fan of urgent cares or any hospital facilities, cause of past situations! And yup my mind is still the same bout it. Doctor don’t care to listen they just in another world don’t pay attention to what you’re actually telling them. Just on to the next. Just want that $ and that all fine, but maybe u should have been a business partner not a doctor!

Everyone in the clinic were absolutely amazing. Check-in person, nurse, x-ray tech, & the PA. I sincerely appreciate them all. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife went in for ear wax removal cost $175 just for them to squirt some stuff in her ear and not get the ear wax out and cause her to be in more ear pain then before she went. So we paid $175 for her to be on in more intense pain. They also said she doesn’t have a lot of ear wax but they couldn’t get it out. But we know my wife has a build up of wax in her ears because we bought an ears camera and that how we knew she needed to get an ear wax removal done. The picture we took like a month before so we saved up the money to get her ears done and they did nothing but put her in more pain. I feel like we shouldn’t of had to pay for nothing to be done

I was a walk in for a very extensive physical with bloodwork, and drug screening. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They were able to do everything in house without sending me anywhere else. This will be my go to place for medical needs.

Got there right before they opened for day two care. Got in quickly and had wonderful service. So thankful for them taking care of me on vacation. Highly recommend!!

We had a minor injury happen while on vacation with my child and it was definitely scary to have to need care in a place you have never been. From the moment we walked in the door we received excellent care. Our PA , Charli was amazing. She took excellent care of my son. She did a great job explaining things to him and took her time with him allowing him a break when he needed.

This was my first visit to this location. I reserved a Spot in Line online and was contacted around my time that it would be a little longer. It was super nice of them to call me to let me know so I didnt have to sit and wait for 3 hours.Once I arrived, signing in was easy and the front desk staff were kind which made me feel less anxious. My wait was not very long.The provider was the only one on duty on a busy Saturday. She accessed my problem and I was on my way. Easy as pie. Not being insured, the cost was decent for what I needed. I appreciate the team.

At AMERICAN FAMILY CARE. My wait in the lobby was not to short . But once I got in to see the DR . I was treated with the up most respect, and professional hospitality. Iwas seen to quickly. Over all no bad stuff for my visit.

We saw one of the nurse practitioners. She was so nice and helpful. Was quick but thorough. Her nurse was so sweet. Gave 4/5 stars only bc we had to wait a little over an hour. Overall a good experience.

I thought I had a uti but turns out my BP was 180/117. I can’t remember the nurse practitioner’s name maybe Amy or Angie but she was so concerned for me even to the point of checking on me in my car while I waited for someone to arrive to take me to the er. She wanted me to stay inside but I was upset & wanted to sit in my car. I’m so glad she sent me to the er.. they finally got my BP to start going down around 10 pm. She was awesome.

Customer Service offered by this team is absolutely amazing exactly how i would love to be treated everywhere. God bless you AFC it was a pleasure.

This urgent care was by far the best as for professional & caringI was feeling very sick, so getting me in and out quickly was very appreciated! I am local also employed at a pharmacy on the beach and constantly get asked (tourist) where is a good walk in clinic to goI will absolutely refer them to AFC!

It was the worst experience I had ever had there and since I hurt myself in dec. 2023 I have been going there for care from a job related injury.... so I have been there numerous times and when I say the doctor I had was the worst doctor by far I have had.... she literally talked bad about my teeth which is honestly none of her business... dam near kicked me out of the office saying she hasnt recieved the referral from my case worker and since I have never had a problem with that part and told her it was sent she acted like and told me she prolly wasnt going to get paid for this.... she was completely rude and not perfessional at all.... if there is a person I could actually speak with about her would be great because Im hardly done saying the things she overall did there to me and my daughter was there and her coworkers saw some of the display.... part of me dont even want to come back to that clinic it was that bad

Really great when it comes to being seen and treated. However when the visit was over my son needed the restroom. There is no hand soap or a place for hand soap. No hand sanitizer either. Cant wash your hands.

My son and I went in as we had sore throats. The nurse that took our vitals was so sweet and she was so kind to my little guy he’s two…I just love her she is so welcoming. Then we met the nurse practitioner I think her name is Karen blonde hair blue eyes and older. I have never received so much kindness from an ARNP. She gave my son a popsicle and she was talking to him in a way he understands. Then we had an African American girl come in..she was incredibly rude I mean I could NEVER EVER treat my own patients with that kind of attitude. Everyone else amazing but if I have to deal or see her again I will not go back there neither will my kids. Like I said the first two amazing great love them. Her on the other hand no absolutely not you do not speak to patients or anyone that way period! Thanks to the other two who were kind and empathetic!

Over four hour wait from the time entered until we left! Pleasant NP, nurse and lab tech. NP was the only practitioner on duty, but four hours is ridiculous! We even left before radiologist read x-Ray. Don’t stop here if you want quick service. The waiting room definitely needs new chairs.

There was to be no dogs over 20 pounds with a list of named breeds ..while we were there we seen 3 very large pitbulls with muzzels...aggressive behavior...not friendly.There was a homeless man that tried to friend my daughter and many others; we had to contact security; they started checking arm bands; he was told to leave.A fight broke out on the 4th floor and glass was thrown over the balcony.The parking is absolutely horrible but after you get use to it; it becomes familiar.As far as my host they were awesome; the place was clean; washer and dryer worked well; definitely would recommend them...Always stay where you have the Hosts number; fantastic responses.

I arrived at 4 pm and was the only patient in the building. After getting my vitals I was taken to my patient room where my door was left open. I could hear the Physicians Assistant on a personal phone call with her daughter over an insurance claim. She remained on a personal phone call while I waited for 36 minutes to be seen. I was in an extraordinary amount of pain and waited patiently as she continued to navigate her family member through the claim. She should have been doing her job and tended to her patient. Once she finished her personal phone call on work hours she came to my room. When I called her out on being on a private phone call she looked shocked! She tended to me for a total of maybe 3 minutes to get me my script and I was on my way. 30 minutes of my time was wasted because of her unprofessionalism.

Staff was friendly and welcoming they were really gentle and it didn’t take long o will make them my primary care doctors

Well it was okay. The people were extra friendly and caring but the wait time was a little longer than I would have hoped. All in all I definitely would return if the need arises. They went above and beyond.

AMAZING SERVICE! They have the most thorough urgent care I have ever been to! The staff was amazibf and got us in and out. They definitely helped make our vacation get better with getting us taken care of.

I GAVE BLOOD TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AND MY NURSE WAS SUPER NICE. SHE HAS TO BE THE BEST NUSRE IN FLORIDA CLINT NO PAIN AT ALL

I came in with a foreign body in my ear after a piercer dropped the ball end of a barbell in my ear. The ball was stuck next to my ear drum and the piercer caused trauma to my ear and ear drum trying to remove it. I came to this urgent care as soon as they opened the next morning after waking up to bloody drainage in my ear and on my neck. I walked in and was assisted with registration from a sweet young lady and brought back to an exam room. Andressa, the tech, was so nice and professional and did a saline irrigation to remove the ball in my ear AND SHE GOT IT OUT! She was so gentle and it didn’t even hurt. She is my hero today after so much discomfort and frustration at the piercing shop. I was seen by Samantha, the nurse practitioner, who was also so gentle with my ear and assured me everything would be okay and quickly had my antibiotic prescription sent next door to Walmart. If I’m ever in PCB needing care, I’ll be coming back here!

Everyone was very nice and my wait time was minimal. I have been to other locations of AFC as well and it is always a positive experience.

Amy W. FNP was top-notch! She was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner- a combination that is not easy to find. She didnt just rush me out of the office, to get to another patient. She took the time to answer questions, and gave me useful solutions to my issues. She even called at 8:00 pm that night to let me know that my Covid test may be positive and called in medication to shorten the duration. She also gave me a website to get a discount on the meds since it is an expensive one. What ever you are paying her is not enough! She was excellent!

Fast convenient, great nurse, great doctors, can do everything there, x ray, triage, sickness, injuries and has a Walmart pharmacy with in there parking lot. Takes all forms of insurance and secondary insurance. Easy to get in and out of. I had to go on Sunday July at 5pm, was out, by 6pm. Way better than hospital ER!

Its was great. Not a long wait. The nurses were nice and friendly and so was the PA.

The staff and doctors at this facility are wonderful. I came in for a work related injury they were understanding of my needs and requirements. I was in pretty terrible pain the doctor was able to help to diagnose the concerns and come up with a treatment plan.

Amazing staff !! The PA Amy took her time to make sire I was taken care of and with my follow up appointments. Of the wait was long they always were very apologetic.

My husband got a fish hook in his hand fishing on The pier, everyone was wonderful they got us in and out quickly, and everyone we spoke to was super nice.

Walked in and got seen rather quickly for a busy waiting room! Very happy with my experience.. if you are on vacation and need to be seen this was quick and easy!

Didn’t mean to do review with one star- I love the staff  and always do a great job! I would definitely recommend AFC.

For a walk in clinic it was very slow. Let me explain. I scheduled an appointment online and filled all the paperwork out. A guy came in after me. Said specifically he didn’t sign in online. Wasn’t even finished filling out his tablet thing they called him up helped him fill the rest out. And then when they called him back I asked what’s going on I’d been there for 23 minutes already and he came In after me and he was just getting a physical I was very ill. They said oh yeah I’m sorry I will be next. Then 45 minutes later they called me back and took a screening and everything was going good the doctor came in and told me they were going to swab me for strep. 1 hour later the nurse came in and did the swab and told me it would be 15 minutes. I said ok. 1 hour and 11 minutes after that I finally opened my door and saw the nurses talking and the doctor saw me and said oh yeah ur good to go. U have strep. Gave me my paperwork and I left. So 2 hour and 56 minutes later I was out. I got in the car and looked at the paperwork and it clearly says that the labs never came so i hadn’t tested positive for stress. They were just treating me for it. I do believe I have strep so it’s not a huge deal but don’t tell someone they tested positive if they didn’t. And how does a walk in clinic allow nurses to just sit there and talk instead of getting people in and out. To make it worse when I got there there were 6 cars including mine. There were 4 nurses and a doctor that I counted. That’s 5 cars and then mine. So besides the person that came in after me and went before me I was the only person there. And when I left there were only two people in the lobby. Idk if this is stand practice for a walk in clinic but I highly doubt it.The only positive side to this place was the staff. I will say no matter how long I was there the staff was unbelievably polite and nice. So it was hard to get mad at them. They were very polite and nice and when I was talking to them they were very helpful

Staff was excellent. My registration got a bit lost after I filled out my section on the pad, I waited for quite a bit before we realized what happened. Part of their system went down and staff came out to assure everyone that they would carry on and they would do “Old School” charting and get us through. Those that could come back later were encouraged to do so. No one appeared to be upset because it was handled so professionally. I got seen and treated, set with hand written scripts and am already feeling better.

I walked in with no appointment. It was relatively fast getting in. The doctor was fast, very thorough and explained all my symptoms to me. Sent me home with a shot, prescriptions and feeling a lot better by days end. This was the best walk in visit I ever had.

We were visiting Panama City Beach on vacation when our son got sick. It was easy to reserve a spot on the waitlist online, so we only waited about an hour to be seen upon arrival. Staff was super nice & helpful and all the tests, an antibiotics shot & prescription were all included in the flat cash pay price, which was a pleasant surprise. Great experience even though it’s a bummer to be sick on vacation :/

My daughter was attending UCA Camp in PCB when a horrible accident occurred while stunting. She required stitches and AFC was close by. UCA staff called ahead for us to let them know we would be coming. The staff at AFC were all great. Quick service. Charli was the best!

My allergic rash started up and I went in. They have the easiest check-in. Everyone was so helpful. The doctor was wonderful. Didnt feel the shot. My prescription was ready at the pharmacy when I got there. I will definitely go there any time I have an issue. Highly recommend!

The medical staff was great and speedy once I was taken to an exam room. however I was there for a drug screening and waited 2.5 hours. Told them after an hour I needed to use the bathroom asap and then waited an additional 1.5 hours.

They really were amazing! We had an hour drive to the movies and decided to stop in for an issue. Got there minutes before they closed and they got me in and out quickly. I rarely need urgent care, but I would definitely go back there.

Absolutely horrific!!! Sat for an hour just to get a blood draw and they seemed to forget that I was waiting??? No one I cant get my prescriptions submitted to the pharmacy.

My son got pink eye while on vacation and even worse timing Memorial Day. Love that you can do your registration online and it will text you when you need to head that way. The nurse practitioner was SO nice and upbeat. I highly recommend seeing them if you have the need!

Ive been here several times the last few years. Today I used the save a spot feature online. I also filled all my info online. Got to the clinic a few minutes earlier than they suggested. From the minute I checked in until I left was about 35 minutes. And Dr Samantha is a gem! If I lived in the area Id want her as my personal physician!

The staff were extremely courteous and just plain nice. My wait was long but I should’ve booked an appt time online. Highly recommend.

Had a save my spot scheduled and when I arrived to my appointment a few mins early I was told it would be over a two hour wait to see someone. Umm, no! I left and went to the CVS minute clinic to have my ear checked and got seen right away. 30 mins I had my prescription and was headed back to my condo. Why have the option to schedule an appt or “save my spot” if it doesn’t mean anything.

Everyone was very friendly. The receptionist said I may have up to a 25 minute way but I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. I received great care. The nurse was very nice and the nurse practitioner was very nice as well. I was treated in a reasonable amount of time and everything went well. I appreciate their great service.

Loved that my son got a popsicle after the nasal and throat swab. And the doctor was very caring and made sure we knew how to get a hold of her if we had further questions. Excellent care overall. It’s scary to be sick on vacation and you’re not sure where to go or what kind of care you’ll get. I couldn’t have been happier.

The experience was very satisfying. The staff was nice and aware that I’m a person. The attending physician was very thorough in explaining my situation. Everyone there was well mannered and very respectful. Not one to have injury’s, but I would recommend this facility.

Wasn’t feeling well overnight filled the application out online at 3 AM. Received a prompt reply with my appointment for the next morning. Checked in the next morning, without issue and was greeted by the nursing staff 10 minutes after sitting down. my treatment was taken care of promptly and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy seamless operation. And the staff was fantastic.

Super easy and convenient. Registered online and was in/out in 15-20 mins. The bill my insurance so virtually no paperwork when I left other than my treatment plan.

So thankful for the amazing care. The staff is friendly and professional. They make you feel heard and take the time to discuss what the recommended treatment options are. They are capable to do any test and xray. Even got a B12 shot so I left the office feeling so much better. Would recommend this place.

I’m 18 years old, from out of state and was in PCB without my parents and AFC took great care of me. I was nervous and had never been to any kind of doctors office without my mom but they helped me answer any questions I had about paper work and everyone was super friendly.

Quick, easy. Helpful staff its awesome that Walmart pharmacy is right behind them. The NP was great with my kid nice to have such helpful people when your out of town

Amy was wonderful with Rayne. She’s been feeling very bad and Amy was very gentle with her. And she was informative of medications to assist getting her better quickly. We were very happy with our visit.

Friendly and helpful. The time from check in until seeing a doctor was a little long (over 2 hours), but other than that. The service and care were very friendly.

Highly recommend! Had an emergency while on vacation with my son and they got us back ASAP. Super attentive and the doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. She got him the medicine he needed and even had us stay to watch over him. I am extremely grateful for everyone who helped us today. 10/10.

Was a bit of a wait but alot of sick people waiting. Felt staff did the best they all could to take care of us. What NP prescribed within a few days got my husband on the way to recovery. We would highly recommend AFC. We were on vacation, so grateful for this place.

Once we were actually seen, it was a pleasant experience and the PA was extremely helpful. However, we sat for about 3 hours before that, 2.5 hours of which were after the online scheduled visit. It ended up being an over 4 hour visit and was very inefficient. Wouldn’t recommend for anything actually urgent

We’ve been here two different times on two different vacations. They have been quick and friendly both times.

I used on=line check-in to get a time slot. I was able to provide ID and insurance card pics online as well, which saved some time. I was given a time slot and had them text me 30 minutes before my appointment time. I was seen shortly after I arrived. Overall, a very positive experience.

Such an amazing experience! I had a situation where I have to have my toenail removed and they were so sweet and made sure I was comfortable and pain free before doing the procedure! All the staff was so friendly and I recommend coming here! We were out of town on vacation so I didnt know what to expect but glad to know they are here for any future family trips if we need them!

EXCELLENT CARE. I never go to the doctor unless seriously ill. I was not fellingwell at all so I found this walk in online. I went in EXCELLENT front desk lady. Seemed really concerned about my condition. Did the triage none the less EXCELLENT manner. Seen the Doctor explained what was going on....EXCELLENT bedside manner listened and talked checked me out she had real concerns about me. I was not a number I was a person. I have been in this office for over two hours just needing antibiotics for a simple sinus infection. I have talked to two total, for less than 60 seconds...this is beyond rediculous

Its no fun being sick on vacation but I was fortunate to find AFC. The staff were caring, efficient, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Charli the PA was wonderful as was the gentleman who checked me in. Plus, they never pressured me into unnecessary tests, which I really appreciated.The facility itself was clean and comfortable, and the online check-in option was a lifesaver, letting me get in line at home and relax in my car until I was closer to being called.In the end, they gave me the diagnosis and prescription I needed to feel better, and more importantly, a renewed sense of confidence that I was actually being heard and cared for.5 stars all around. This is exactly what an urgent care should be!

My husband and I were rear ended on the parkway and were directed by officers to this place and told theyd be able to help us get my husbands neck looked at. We called and they said there was a 20 min wait we walked in were denied medical treatment. We were told you cant be seen for injuries sustained in a car accident there unless your already an established patient. This does not sound legal and we will be contacting the necessary medical boards to find out how medical treatment can be denied...

Despite what brought us to AFC Panama City we had the best experience we could have ever asked for. The quick treatment and friendly staff were amazing. By far the best experience at a medical facility we have ever had.

Went in right before they closed on a Friday. The staff was welcoming, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and it made it for an all around great experience. The Doctor was confident, worked quickly, and efficiently to solve my issue. All of this after a not so great experience at another local urgent care who wanted me to go to the emergency room. I’ll never go anywhere else ever again!

Broke my foot at the beach around 4:30 and by the time we got off the beach and to the clinic it was pushing 6. They got me right in and I was out in no time. Very friendly staff and Charlie, the PA, was great. The radiologist had left for the day and she called right away the next morning for the official results. Im an X-ray tech and Clinic Director at Fast Pace Health and it felt good to get treated how I treat my pts. Thanks afc for all your help! I hope I never have to see you again lol But youll definitely be my first choice for future illnesses or accidents.

I was treated on 3/23/24! Our son had referred us to their clinic since he has used them on several occasions. I had been doing yard word and ended up with a deep cut and needed stitches! We were greeted at the front desk by a very nice lady! She took my information quickly and said Jason would be with me shortly to take me right back. In no time at all Jason called my name--he took my vitals and then took me to the treatment room! A very, very short wait and Samantha the NP and Jason were stitching me up!!! They were so super nice and took great care of me!! Best experience ever!! I highly recommend them!! Side note--we are from the Valdosta, GA area and found out Jason will be attending VSU as a nursing student! VSU is getting a great student!

Dr. Kim is absolutely wonderful! I swear to you we come see her when we have a problem. She is so compassionate and caring. I just wish she took primary care patients!

The front desk receptionist is absolutely wonderful. The NP Kimberly smith was also phenomenal. I came in and everyone was very attentive. I don’t have a primary care physician so being able to come in when I was sick and be treated with respect and care was an entirely new experience. Very grateful to the staff there. Made the appointment at home and arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. Was called back quickly and taken care of. Love this place. The office staff, the doctors and associates are all great.

We walked in Wednesday morning with a grandson infected knee wound, NP Kim made an immediate Dx of impetigo, cleaned the wound and put an antibiotic on, bandaged and wrote a Rx, then we were on our way. Urgent care check in was smooth online, wait was short, treatment was excellent, 5 Stars! Thank you all!

The person at the front desk listened and responded with kindness and respect. The PA I saw took time to listen, run tests, and treat, all the white reassuring me. The MA who gave me a shot had a lovely smile that immediately put me at ease! Wonderful clinic!

Very piss pour service if you ask me maybe they shouldn’t tell people a 10 to 20 minute wait time and then wonder why you walk out after waiting a hour and a half I get they are probably understaffed but shouldn’t be giving wait times if that’s the case when I got there I had one person infront of me on there online list it went from one person to five people just don’t understand why people can’t be upfront here or take appointments I’m not gonna waist a day sitting in there with a bunch of people coughing all over each other. Always had goodluck with most urgent cares this one just needs some better management must be

Had an employment drug screen, waited for an hour 1/2. Why bother making an appointment if you then sit there waiting all that time after & watch people get called, who came in afterward. The waiting room was freezing, its the best to sit in a cold waiting room with a full bladder. First World Problems

I am so thankful for AFC. I have felt terrible since December. I went to my primary in January, and then again this past Thursday. He told me I was depressed and gave me a prescription for depression meds. I felt so bad this morning, I went to AFC and was actually listened to and examined. I have walking pneumonia...not depression. I received two shots, and three medications. I am so thankful to be listened to and not dismissed. Thank you so much for getting me on the road to recovery, and for peace of mind. Im grateful.

I have been here since for TWO HOURS!!!! Just to do a simple strep test that should only take 20 minutes tops. The doctor kept telling us to “hang tight” and the be gone for another 30 minutes. Absolutely terrible and a waste of a day.

Overall, great staff! We were there during Spring Break so I was expecting a long wait time even with a reservation. I have to give huge kudos to Dr. Sam and especially Nurse Jenna. Sam was delightful warm to my sickly warm 5 year old. My daughter isn’t a huge fan of tests that involve long q-tips and the nurse and I had to assist her to get the tests. In the midst of the little tussle, my daughter accidentally kicked the nurse in the chest and I was mortified. Nurse Jenna remained professional and patient but I’m sure that hurt! After apologies were given, the nurse reassured me that she has it happen more than once and she was ok. Man, couldn’t be more impressed

I made an appointment for my daughter online, arrived and checked in and was told that there would be an extensive wait because there was only one provider on site. After waiting for over an hour I was told that there were still six people ahead of us.

Highly recommend this place. The nurses are attentive and thorough and very intelligent. I will use them for all my medical needs as they do more and do it faster than my primary. I trust them totally with my needs.

I have used AFC when necessary since 2018.Office is super clean and tidy. We were the only folks there until we were called back.My mama is visiting and suspected a UTI. I took her to AFC. Angela was warm and kind. ARNP Amy was super thorough and super friendly. The young woman at the front desk when we arrived could benefit from a refresher course in customer service and or simply change jobs where there is no public contact.Thank you!

Horrible experience! I showed up with one other person in the waiting area. I filled out the information requested. The message told me a 5 min wait. It was an hour. I then got back to the room. Waited another hour for the doc to come in look at issue for less than 30 seconds and say ok we will get you out of here and leave the room. No explanation of what was going on. Wait another 15 min for kid to come get me, hand me a paper for diagnosis and tell me to have a good day. If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would.

Staff and physician were friendly and knowledgeable! The physician signing off on my physical actually let me know of more services that you guys provide that I was not aware of so I will definitely be back. Overall good experience.

The wait is absolutely insane. Waited 40 min in the waiting room which was fine. But then when I was called back I sat in the exam room for the NP for an hour and a half. And it was probably 50 degrees in there. I would only go back if it was my only option.

I use this place for my regular check ups since maintaining a primary care provider is difficult when youre always healthy. My visits are always great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always get taken care of here.

Suspected I had a UTI. At AFC the staff and facility were great. I had a 15 minute max wait time. The nurse and doctor were quick with the answer after a lab test. One antibiotic Rx and quick visit later, I headed out to pick up my Rx at the pharmacy. Other than the UTI great experience.

NP Amy Wybenga is one of the best medical professionals by whom I have ever had the pleasure of being cared for. Not only is she compassionate and a great listener for symptoms, but she goes the extra mile to make sure that you received the right care. I was struggling getting over an illness and needed a quick fix to get my voice back into shape for a gig and she did a great job assessing and helping me do just that. I am already at almost 100% after just one day of treatment and I couldnt be more grateful. She is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. If she were private practice, she would be MY family NP! Just love her. She brings a whole positive new light to urgent care! Thank you again Amy!

Went as a walk in Saturday morning and was treated like a long time patient. Got in and checked out, found I have bronchitis with a eye infection. Got to love a double whammy. Now with a few prescriptions time for healing. From the he lady that checked me in to the Nurses I thank you for your all you did for me. Now a nap.

These people are amazing! Everyone I came in contact with was smiling and friendly. They seemed like they were happy to be there and happy that I was!!! After I got in a room, they were right there even though they were BUSY! And my prescriptions where ready at my pharmacy before I could get out of the parking lot! Very prompt ,helpful and through! 3 1/2 hours to get a DOT physical when I had an appointment. I don’t know how anybody stays in business with that kind of service. 🤬🤬

I was seen by doctor kim, generally doctors are in and out. Kim, say down and really listened to my concerns, took the time to understand and make me feel comfortable and cared for. Tamera took my blood… and I did NOT feel a thing! Never in my life have I seen someone take blood so flawless and effortless. I work as a medical assistant, if you need labs… go ask for Tamera!

The BEST Urgent Care in PCB. Been going here for a few years for urgent care. Always a great experience. All the staff are so nice and friendly. The Nurse Practitioners are GREAT, very caring, attentive while listening, explains everything thoroughly. We have recommended this place to friends and they have the same experience.
