Love New Leaders in Fertility. Simona and her team feel like family. On the high days and the low days we cry together and here we are three years later. Initially we started our fertility journey at a different clinic where my husband and I soon realized that we were not super impressed with. We eventually found Simona at NewLIFE fertility and it was a complete game changer! Amber and Michelle at the Panama City location are the best, they make you feel at home and are very welcoming. Dr. Ripps takes the time to find real solutions and wants to see you succeed in your fertility journey! I cannot say enough good things about NewLife Fertility!! I just wish we had found them sooner!

My husband and I have been trying for 6 years to have a baby. We decided to give New Leaders in Fertility a try. We did IVF with genetics testing and ended up with 2 male embryos. We had one implanted October 2017 and it took. It was a long journey through testing and medications and bleeding during the pregnancy but we made it! 9 June 2018 we welcomed our baby boy into this world. I would highly recommend Dr. Ripps and Terri Bishop to anyone. They were amazing throughout the entire process.

Highly recommend New Life Fertility in Panama City, FL!! Simona, Michelle, and Amber took very good care of my partner and I as we set out on our Parenthood journey. They were very informative and always available for any questions or concerns when it came to our IUI procedure. 10/10 Customer Service!!! This place will ALWAYS have a special place in our hearts!! Simona is phenomenal -- so warm, knowledgable, understanding and caring! She helped us get pregnant in 2020 (in the height of COVID) with our baby girl :) We recently reached back out to the Panama City location and Michelle and Amber were just as great! Anytime I called or if I had to leave a voicemail they were always responsive. So thankful for this office and the miracles they help perform!

My husband and I were trying to conceive for roughly 8 years until we came across Simona and her team at New Life Fertility. We knew this was the place for us. The staff was so knowledgeable, super friendly and made us feel like family. After multiple tests we found out that my tubes needed to be removed and IVF was the only chance we had to conceive. So we went for it. We miscarried on our first IVF cycle (not New Lifes fault, things happen) but Simona and her team were there for us and gave me a shoulder to cry on while we went through such a hard time. I was devastated and thinking to myself that being a mom was just not part of my life plan. Simona encouraged me to give it one more shot so we did and we now have two healthy twin girls : ) We owe everything to Simona and the team at New Life Fertility for being there when I needed it the most and giving us what we tried 8 years to do...become parents. It has now been almost a year since our last IVF cycle and Simona and I still talk via text to this day. She is always checking up on our girls and us as a couple. If anyone is having doubts or looking for a good fertility clinic where you feel well taken care of and more like a person rather than a patient I would recommend New Life Fertility. They made my dreams come true and they can do the same for you.

Without newlife, we wouldnt be parents to our sweet baby boy! We are so thankful for all that Dr. Ripps and staff (especially at the Panama City and Pensacola offices) did for us. Well be going back to try for another in the near future. Wed definitely recommend them for anyone struggling with infertility.

The staff are diligent and make sure they do all the required testing before starting treatment. They are also very patient and answer any question you may have about the process. Due to my work schedule- it took about 8 months to get through all the diagnosis and treatment phases, which is much longer than normal, but I wouldn’t fault them for that. Once we agreed on the best course of action for my particular issues, we only had to go through 2 cycles before we got pregnant. Overall, great staff, knowledgeable and kind. Trusting the process made a big difference.

My family is forever thankful for the staff at New Life! My husband and I tried to conceive on our own for 4 years before going to New Life Panama City. We immediately felt so much support and our minds were put at ease with the knowledge that Dr. Ripps shared with us. Finally, we had hope and excitement for the possibility of having a baby. We had our first IVF cycle which unfortunately was not successful. The office called us immediately and let us know that this time didn’t work but there was great hope for round 2 because of what they had learned about my body during round 1. We had our second embryo transfer on August 28th, 2020 and found out that we were pregnant just a few weeks later! I’ll never forget the phone call I received from Simona that our dreams were coming true! I gave birth to our beautiful and healthy baby boy on May 6th, 2021. Hello to all those striving so diligently to welcome a little one into this world,As a family we are beyond grateful to New Life Fertility. Our journey into Matrimony started a bit later than average in life and as we looked forward as two relatively healthy people, we thought getting pregnant should be easy to do.We were quite wrong about that. After many attempts and different tactics, we were close to giving up. As such we shared our story with several trusted friends who connected us with a friend who had found recent success with New LIFE. As we reflected and prayed on our options something told us to meet with the New Life team. Our lives would never be the same. After an apprehensive meeting with the New LIFE team, it was determined a round of IVF was the best course of action. From that meeting on we knew something was special about Simona (Panama City) and the New Life team. Simona was so kind, patient, and a true partner through every step of the process. She truly was an angel sent to us in a time we needed it most.We are so blessed to report that from that first meeting and our round of IVF we were blessed with a healthy and beautiful daughter in December 2021. Beyond that blessing we were blessed with several additional embryos that were retained for future use. With Mom feeling healthy a year after the birth of our daughter we called Simona and New Life once again with hopes of adding another addition to our family. As we put this message together, we are thrilled to share Mom is 17 weeks pregnant with Baby #2! We continue to pray for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby at the end of this journey. Although we have graduated from our time with Simona and New Life for this pregnancy we continue to stay connected and share each milestone with them. We know they are behind the scenes praying for us and cheering us on every step of the way! (No really, they are! My wife and I were very nervous to start this fertility journey… but now looking back we wish we started years ago. Dr. Samona and her partner Lindsey are beyond amazing. We had to try a couple times but they were with us every step of the way. They explained everything to us and answered all our numerous questions. They worked with us and encouraged us for a little under a year and now we’re finally pregnant!! It is bitter sweet because we are so sad to move on but we’re so thankful for their outstanding support and direction. If you are nervous to try, don’t be!! I cannot recommend New Leaders in Fertility Panama City office enough. From the moment I called their office to ask questions about making an appointment to the very last appointment I had with them, I always felt safe, secure, and heard. Ms Simona and Ms Lyndsey are rockstars in that office! They answered every single question that me and my husband had from the very beginning and never made us feel like we were a burden.My husband and I tried for 1.5 years to get pregnant and it wasn’t happening for us. I was recommended to call New Leaders In Fertility and I’m glad I did. We were seen very quickly and were able to immediately start tests and find out possible reasons why we were one of the 1 in 8 that had trouble conceiving. Infertility is incredibly scary, exhausting and lonely, and we thought that having a baby wasn’t going to happen for us, but they helped take that burden off of us and helped us stay positive and we realized that we truly are not alone.Through the many tests and appointments we were blessed with a positive pregnancy after 2.5 years of trying. ‘Graduating’ from their office was such a bittersweet moment and I wish I could have them take care of me the rest of my pregnancy.We cannot wait to meet our little one Jan 2022 and it’s all thanks to the support from Dr. Ripps, Ms Simona, Ms, Lyndsey and the many other staff members we met over the last year with New Leaders in Fertility.

I would drive to this location from Niceville and I’m glad I chose to go to this office. Blessed to have their services covered by Tricare and most of all that our plan of action worked. After years of trying to get pregnant and going through a miscarriage, my husband and I were referred to New Life in Panama City to begin our process of trying to start a family. We completed 3 rounds of IUI that were unsuccessful before moving on to IVF.The women who worked in this office when we first started being seen here were horrible- very disorganized, never knew what they were talking about, would tell you something one day and the next would deny it, and I even missed out on a cycle because they never told me the medications I needed. That all changed when Simona and Lindsey got there. They are both the nicest women you will ever meet, are happy to answer any questions you have (even in the middle of the night on a weekend when you are freaking out), and are definitely who you want on your side when you start this emotional process. No matter how many patients they saw a day, I always felt like I mattered when I was there and that was everything to me.Yes, IVF is rough (emotionally and physically) not to mention expensive. You will have numerous appointments, ultrasounds, and blood tests done, meet with Dr. Ripps and his team to find the best option for you, take an endless amount of medications and shots, but if the end result is being pregnant, all of it is worth it and then some.Im happy to say we are now pregnant with twins and will be forever grateful to Dr. Ripps, Simona, and Lindsey for giving us something we have wanted for so long. If you are struggling with fertility issues and are looking for an office that actually cares about you, this is it.

This place and these people changed my life! I couldnt have asked for a better group of women and Dr. Ripp to go through the process of getting pregnant via IUI with. They are patient and calm in explaining every detail of whats happening in a way I could understand.I highly recommend using NewLIFE especially the Panama City office for those seeking fertility help. Panama City.It has taken me a year to finally write the review. I dont typically leave bad reviews...but with something so personal and emotional already, I want to save another family the heartache we had to go through with this clinic. The experience was awful from the start. Took 3 weeks to get anyone to even take my phone call to get me scheduled after filling out my paperwork. I have a history of many, many miscarriages and ectopica. I had actually gotten pregnant on my own while in their care (LOL) and was prescribed progesterone on a Friday after having to just show up because they wouldnt answer their phones since that Tuesday when I found out. I drove to the pharmacy and it was never called in!!! And there was no way to get ahold of anyone over the weekend. I miscarried. I know this would have happened anyway and miscarrying was not their fault...but so frustrating, disappointing and unprofessional. Though, I didnt expect any different from this office. I also never did any testing. I started seeing them in February and had no testing except for bloodwork...over and over. I was scheduled for a biopsy in OCTOBER. They canceled and didnt even tell me until I walked in for my appointment and acted like I was crazy. In this time, I never saw Ripps. I was furious and fed up and called the Pensacola office to see if I could get in with them after explaining my frustration. The woman looked at the schedule and laughed and said well that will put you right around Thanksgiving (based off of my cycle), then said oh wow...then that will put you right around Christmas. Gosh you have the best timing. And she laughed again!!! I hung up and never called again until about 6 months later when my new specialist was denied my medical records after 30 days (hippa violation). I met a woman who also had the exact same story as me. All the way down to not being able to get her medical records without a fight. Avoid this place and see a different specialist in Panama City.

My husband and I have been trying to have children for 5 years. We finally went to see New Leaders in Fertility in Panama City, Fl and the girls are WONDERFUL!!!! They worked with my insurance and my schedule. I would choose them again for our next baby! We got pregnant on the second transfer.

I was referred to NewLIFE after my 3rd miscarriage in less than a year. With not having any living children, I’m was super nervous and hesitant as to what going to a “specialist” meant. For me going to a specialist meant that there was something wrong with me, it made it real.From Day 1 at the clinic I felt like family, like they just “got me.” Their caring spirits gleamed through everything they done! Their midwife and ultrasound Tech literally answered the phone EVERYTIME I called and if they didn’t answer, they would call me back in no longer then 30 minutes, whether I left a message or not. They answer all 50 thousand of my questions, always and never wanted me to feel in the dark.I’m now 26 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby! I can’t even explain their excitement and encouragement at every ultrasound visit! Literally THE BEST!! I wish they delivered babies as well, I would’ve never left!

Terri, Tara, Ashley and Donnie were all amazing!! The best experience I think someone could have in this kind of situation. They were so positive and encouraging the whole time and they were fun!! Honestly cannot say enough great things about these ladies or this office. Our 2nd round of ivf and we are currently expecting our little girl in June. God really uses these ladies and they were such a blessing.

Horrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would. While in the process of scheduling an appointment it took me WEEKS to get ahold of someone. I ended up having to contact their main location and explain my issue, and had them contact the Panama location to schedule an appointment...once my appointment arrives everything goes fairly smooth..but once I’m home I attempt to call them back to ask follow up questions and no one answers (much like my experience with scheduling the appointment). I leave them a voicemail and ask them to call me back. I called them back the next day, and once again left a voicemail, this time explaining myself and need for a quick reply. Nothing. I called multiple times following. It’s now been six months since my initial appointment and I haven’t, nor expect, to hear word back. This is an INCREDIBLY poorly run business who have no care for their patients. If you’re looking for a caring fertility specialist, go anywhere else but here.

The staff is great! Every interaction was positive and they listened to all my concerns. I was also successful in conceiving thanks to this clinic. Would highly recommend this Location!

The team down at New Leaders are the best! We spent 3.5 years trying to have a kid and they were able to make the miracle happen. They were extremely helpful through all the stressful treatments and encouraged us even when we wanted to give up. Terri, Donnie, and Tara are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to have a kid.

This facility is by far the best! I love the Panama City staff! They are hands down the most caring ladies! We would recommend them to anyone that was in need of these services!

I was a patient of Dr. rips in 2014. He performed surgery on one of my fallopian tubes and it resulted in a natural pregnancy in February 2015. He is amazing and I would recommend him and his wonderful office to anyone. Dr. rips Dr. Terry and the staff of nurses are truly a blessing.

Terri is an absolute dream to work with (as well as the rest of the staff in the PCB office). You can tell that Terri and Dr. Ripps really do care about providing you with the best care possible. They are both straight shooters and we trust them completely. Weve been to several fertility doctors over the last 4 years but our experience with NewLIFE exceeded our expectations. Were looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Worst place ever. They changed more nurses. They never told me my results, blood work and more. Never did u get my results. I’m dying to meet the famous Dr Ribbs, the day comes, this guy very unprofessional. Every time I went I paid cash for whatever game they had that day. Now I owe hole bunch of money, plus they send to adebt collector. OMG paying for results and for they joke. The worse idk if it’s because I’m Hispanic but they are the worse...

I called to inquire if this office could help me. The young lady on the phone said yes, please complete our forms. After spending several hours completing their rigorous forms... two days later I received a call telling me that they cannot help me, to go somewhere else and take horomons for the rest of my life. Gee.... I have an extensive family history of breast cancer and dementia. I’ll pass on the pills! If this business reads this review, I expect a sincere apology.

Worst clinic ever, I have been going here since April/ May & I still haven’t seen the Doctor they just keep asking for more & more blood work, racking up the bill I guess. I had an appt in June but it was cancelled and they didn’t even bother to call and rescheduled and turn around and blame me for not calling them back, & currently still waiting on a call back which I will probably have to end up calling back for my follow-up. I am so frustrated too bad there are no other choices in the area..

Thankful for the kind hearts and communication from the women at the PC clinic! Very accommodating to patients with already fragile hearts and bodies.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. They found my endo extremely fast no other Drs had found. Highly recommend.

My experience was awful, Doctor was not helpful. All was done is a bunch of blood drawn and you see doctor once. Very bad bed side manners not helpful at all.
