They were always available for any questions and I never had to wait for an appointment when I felt like I needed to be seen or checked. I just called to see if they were taking new patients because my friend had raved about them so much. When I called the person who answered the phone said they were taking new patients depending on what I needed and what type of insurance I have. I told her my insurance and she said they weren’t in network with that insurance and hung up on me. Didn’t say goodbye. Didn’t offer to let me pay cash price if I wanted. Nothing. Just hung up. I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism from their front line person. I guess I will go find someone else.

Very thorough and empathetic. Most comfortable Ive ever felt at a gynecologist. Dr. Morrow listened intently and addressed and found my issues and answered all of my questions. Entire staff and setting very warm and comforting.

As a young woman that deals with the type of health issues I do, I run into my fair share of god-awful doctor office experiences its really hard to find Compassionate Care in this County. Today I saw Dr Morrow and the entire experience from beginning to end was comforting warm and zero pressure. If I didnt remember something or couldnt answer clearly he didnt make me feel bad about it, was easy to talk to and listened to me. I would highly recommend any woman needing compassionate Care to seek treatment here or go for your yearlys! Everyone in the office truly exceptional. I have been one of Doctor Morrow’s patients since 2017. He has the best bed side manners and is an all around great Doctor. After the Hurricane had come through and the office shut down I was so sad thinking I would not be able to see Doctor Morrow anymore but then I found out he was in a new office and was immediately so relieved and I was welcomed with open arms. His Nurse Merideth is phenomenal as well. They all make me feel very comfortable and explain things very well and help me through any concern I have. I am so thankful for them and they are more than Doctors and Nurses, they are more like family and treat their patients as such.

Dr. Morrow is by far the best doctor I have ever went to. When I did not have a gynecologist and was not even his established patient yet he came in on his day off to see me in his office and later that day completed emergency surgery at the hospital. After the indifference experienced at one of the larger women’s health practices, I was looking for a smaller practice that delivers more personalized patient care and found it with Dr Morrow and his friendly and helpful staff. I am grateful to have met Dr. Morrow. I went years suffering from pain and had multiple doctors (at least 7) dismiss it or misdiagnose me. Dr who balances his time to be efficient so you dont feel like you are waiting forever, but at the same time listens and schedules more than enough time to answer questions and break everything down. Dr. Morrow was very thorough in the assessment of my problems. Unlike so many other doctors Ive seen, he didnt just brush me off but instead took the time to do the procedures necessary to determine what was going on, then scheduled the surgery to address my condition right away so that I could have time to heal before my next semester of school. Everyone in the office from the minute you walk in until you leave is friendly, makes you feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. I love having a Dr. who cares for women who are either passed the child bearing age or cant have children, it can be hard to sit in a room full of pregnant women knowing you cant have that and Dr. Morrow makes you feel at ease, he takes to you like he probably would a friend, family member or anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr Morrow since 2010. I had not seen him since 2017 and recently came back to him for my health care services. It was like Id never left. The things that I remember from before has not changed. The care, knowledge and patience that he and his staff showed was excellent. I have searched for a good gynecologist since Hurricane Michael. I lost my prior Doctor as her office and home were destroyed. I tried a few but did not feel that they were what I was looking for. I went to Dr Morrow last year and “fell in love” (cliche) with the staff and the Doctor. They are very professional, personable, congenial in an outstanding manner. He and his Nurse Practitioner review all past history and current concerns and issues and are very conscious of anything they believe should be followed up. His Nurse Practitioner is always in the room.

Dr Marrow was very nice and very informative. I didnt feel like it was a rushed appointment. Most of the time Dr are in and out in a couple of min. But with Dr Morrow I didnt feel like a number I felt like a person. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDLet me say how amazed I am with the new office and Staff. Dr Morrow delivered my son 2 years ago. I after searching the web and asking for recommendations, I was advised to stick with the Dr who delivered my baby unless I had issues or was uncomfortable.I called Panama City Gynecology yesterday and Nicole was able to get me in next day with an early appointment. Nicole is just as friendly and pleasant in person as she was over the phone. Major plus in my book! She made the initial process very easy😊Nurse Meredith assisted Dr Morrow on my visit and they both made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. Allowing me to ask questions and express my concerns without haste helped relax my nerves. They provided me clear diagnosis & even better, no surgery necessary 🙏🏽The icing on the cake was Mrs Charla. There were some discrepancies with my insurance but she too sat me down and took the time to assist me in rectifying the issues when she could’ve just sent me on my way and left it all for me to figure out.VERY PLEASED & GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL 🤗

I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Morrow and his staff last week. I was actually referred to him after I had mentioned to someone about calling a different gynecologist office in PC and having a month wait to be be seen. I was able to get a next day appointment! The reviews below in regards to a rude office manager have to be referring to a past employee, because his staff was extremely nice, kind and professional. Dr. Morrow was great as well. He did not rush through the appointment. He took his time and explained everything to me and my husband. He has a great bedside manner. My husband who never really talks about a Dr. after an appointment (especially a female Dr.), said he really liked him and his office staff when we left, as well. Honestly switching doctors is incredibly terrifying but I was nothing but calm around this staff. Dr. Morrow made me feel comfortable, answered all the big important questions and dumb little ones in between, with out making me feel stupid for asking them. The office is incredibly clean which is always a plus. Also walking you through every step of what they are doing is really important when someone is nervous and they did just that. I highly recommend him.

Dr. G. Morrow has got to be the best gynecologist Ive ever seen. He was very detailed in telling me of my situation and more importantly the pelvic and vaginal sonogram was painless. Im 73 and really dreaded the visit but he made it all good. If I ever need to see a gynecologist again he will be my choice.

Dr. morrow was the dr that found my cancer. He did my first operation and when I needed a second one he found an oncologist for me. He’s so kind and considerate. When my 95 yr old mother needed a gyn, she was referred to him. I was so pleased because I knew he’d take care of her problems. The office staff there are so helpful and kind. My mother had a great experience and I’m so thankful that Dr Morrow and his staff will be taking care of her gyn needs.

You get in quickly. Waiting room is very clean & relaxing. Im usually the only one in there or there may be 1 other person. You never wait long. The receptionist is super nice. Noreen Burke was my provider and made my well woman exam very comfortable. Noreen also took the time to talk to me, get to know me as a patient, and answer all my questions. Permit me to share some highlights of my 1st appointment with Dr. Morris. To get an initial appointment took only a week instead of 2 months. His support staff isextremely polite and helpful. The office is lovely and very relaxing; its as if you were invited into someones home instead of a sterile office setting. Dr. Morris is professional with a sense of humor. He takes the time to inform you in non-Medicalize terms. Better known as plain English. For a gyn appointment it wasgreat experience!!! I cant speak on the facility specifically, but the character of Dr. Morrow as part of my former obstetrics/gynecology team. When I first met him, my husband and I were charmed with the way he speaks, his medical knowledge, and how he conducted himself. My pregnancy was traumatic as I was in constant pain and suffering. The delivery was traumatic due to Dr. Morrow. At first, I was first relieved when I was told he was going to deliver my only son. Now, Im disgusted that he ever touched me. Ill never forget the words as Im screaming in pain cause the epidural didnt work. Dr. Morrow said, This isnt an ow moment. Once the delivery was over, he was no where to be found. Certainly didnt check on my well being or the babys. If you choose him, I pray your experience will never be mine and you dont have to live with the words, This is not an ow moment. as youre suffering in pain or reflecting on your medical journey.

This office is fantastic! Such a pleasant experience from scheduling, to check-in, triage, and exam! Very welcoming staff and very comfortable office setting! Would highly recommend this office (specifically nurse practitioner Noreen Burke!) to anyone in need of a gynecological provider! Everyone in the office was super friendly. My visit was with Noreen Burke and she was so friendly and very informant. Definitely recommend this facility.

Dr. Morrow is great, and very passionate. I feel he is one of the most sensitive doctors in this practice; however, the receptionist, is the rudest person I have every met, by far. And she is very incompetent. Every time I call she continues to put me on hold for every other call that keeps coming in behind mine without completing my call. I asked her what made the other phone calls more important than mine, since I called first. She said all calls were important, but yet she kept putting me on hold and hanging up me. One time I went in there to try to see someone from having severe pain and she yelled so loud asking me if it was a pregnancy or non-pregnancy related. I was mortified. I gave a look of fear and she demanded an answer because that depended on who I see. I told her not to be so loud as there was about 5 other patients in the lobby and it was none of their business what my medical concerns were. Also when I called she tried to tell me that I refused to get transferred the appointment line so she could take the other calls, and I told her that she never offered. She said she never offered because I told her I wanted the appointment she first said wasnt available then put me on hold, then picked back up and said it was available, then put me back on hold and said it wasnt available. I guess she forgot who she was speaking to when she told me it was available since she couldnt handle all the incoming calls, and she was cherry picking the appointment and not giving it to me, so she put me back on hold and picked back up and said that when I told her I wanted the appointment thats why she didnt transfer me to the appointment line but now that appointment was all of a sudden not available again. Of course I told you I wanted the appointment so make it if you can since she told me it was available. If not transfer me to the appointment line who can handle the phones better and isnt so rude. Oh and every time I call up there the receptionist always tells me the nurses are at lunch, literally EVERY TIME. There should be at least one nurse there at all times, rotate the lunches, period. I simply want to reschedule an appointment and this lady is pure pure rude and incompetent. Fire her immediately. Its not good practice especially in a medical office where people expect to be comfortable.

I see Noreen as my gynecologist and I think she is great. That other review that said she is not nice must have been a personality conflict. I never experienced that with her. She is professional, yes, but she listens and definitely spends the time necessary to understand any concerns I have and she responds with obvious knowledge and care.

Came in a couple months ago with an appt for extreme pelvic pain . . Feeling out my paperwork , waiting for my appointment telling of my partial and full hysterectomy’s . The receptionist called me up and said the doctor was not going to see me . I said why ?? . She replied since I had a hysterectomy there nothing down there to hurt !! She sees me getting upset and calls the nurse up to talk to me . The nurse proceeds to tell me the same thing and ask me me in the restroom to talk to her . She sees I’m upset and proceeds to tell me there is nothing they can do for me since I had a hysterectomy and there was nothing left down there to hurt !!!! Told her I would go to see someone else . Couple of days later I end up back in the emergency room and another ct and suggested to me go see a urologist . Which I did . He did a cystoscopy and Hydrodistention out patient surgery and found I had interstitial cystitis , cystocele, and Apical prolapse !!! (Google it ) He asked me if my obgyn never mentioned to me Or what could happen after a hysterectomy , that I had done 30 years ago ! Uh no !! And this office here , I came to get help and find out what was going on , turned me away saying nothing was wrong !!!! This office needs to get educated and not let their staff talk to patients about something they know nothing about !!!! If I could a minus review on this office I would !!

I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to dr.marrow. Im pretty certain his medical license has been altered there is no way he could have earned his license in doctoring. please if you do choose to use this man as your doctor before doing so and if its for a surgery make sure you get a second opinion .the things he talks about during your visit has nothing to do with you case at all. I wish I never went to him and really with I never let him do surgery on me. and theres no need in calling his nurse with any problems she is just as bad. plus shes the most rudest hateful person Ive ever dealt with in my whole life. I think they both got there license out of a cracker jack box

Very bad, two weeks after her hysterectomy my daughter had to go to the hospital with severe pain in her abdomen. The nurses at Bay Medical was told what happened and no one call Dr. Marrow to come and check my daughters condition. (For one thing Bay Medical thinks everyone comes just to get pain medicine.. Everybody is not a pain pill pusher.)After being in pain for so long, Dr Richards came to see her and order a, cat scan.. They took her to ct scan which came back with blood in her abdomen. She had to be taken to emergency surgery. And from then on she has had surgery after surgeries, fistulas had develop in her abdomen and she has been goning down hill every since. Someone has to be made accountable for her condition. So sad for this to have happened.My daughter Died within a years times.😪

Dr morrow has been my gynecologist for 11 years. He has an awesome bedside manner. He explains everything in detail and what hes doing during ultrasounds.

Unlike most doctors, you dont feel rushed. They give undivided attention to each patient. Everyone is very nice and they have very short wait time to be seen.

The receptionist was very, very, very rude (Margaret). Most of the front desk staff here is. Ms Tia is a great person once you reach her. Some of the others treat you like crap. I cant take away from Ms Noreen, great lady indeed. Change up the staff, maybe a better place. After having my mishaps Ill be changing over to Emerald.
