My wife and I had a great experience working with Dr. Connell. It was our first time interacting with a fertility clinic and he and the team at Shady Grove exceeded our expectations. From the start there was clarity around timing, financial impacts, all of our options and corresponding risks and next steps. Communication was easy and we always received responses in a timely manner. My wife joked that when we graduated from the clinic she was actually a little sad she wouldnt be seeing the Shady Grove team again since they had grown to be an additional support group for us. Everything you would want and more in a fertility doctor. Extremely knowledgeable. Caring and compassionate. Answered every question I had. Always took his time at in person appointments. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a doctor!
